Quoting 'Hawt1' Quoting 'PeachyPearL' I've missed you. I looked at your profile and saw you hadn't been on for a while. I hope you're well. Sorry about my personal ending Hawt1. I should not have said that. Sorry to laugh but I was wondering if you were dreaming about the forum, obviously you don't remember though. Thank you for your support. And yes... The forum has been bizarre for a while now. I hope you're right about the settling down! I'll endeavour to be more chill... I have worked out not to post early in the day at least. Thanks for the chat, you'll have IP in no time. 🍑y While I cannot recall my dream I am certain it did not involve this place. Correction, what I mean to say is my dreams are far more whacky

You wouldn't be human if you weren't imperfect. Where were we at with SeekingAdventure's, "2 truths, one lie" last night, errr, his morning might be more accurate? Funny. I had a dream I actually remember today. It was curious, but had an interesting moral outcome... Also not to do with this place, um, or anything really interesting that anyone might want to know about. Hope it was a good one, rewarding might be better... Annie.

On an overloaded world in a kind of snowball effect I suppose. I try to do my bit. I tried something different today and used a 'hydration mask' which is a moist 'mask shaped' thick tissue with lots of gooey gel. I would have loved to have lain longer with it on my face that the 15 minutes recommended. So, cool. The effect did last for a while longer. I feel for you, sympathies offered

Order yourself one of those gel cooling pads to sleep on! 😉 You'd have to order two because when one absorbs and traps the heat, you can switch. That was how I survived the 34 degC night recently... that plus the fan on at medium blast, and lots of ice water in a vacuum flask. 😛 I'm not a Sun Bear. I'm more of a Polar Bear. 😁

Woohoo! A flirt! From an East Indian couple in Germany, profile just says "all world sex time". No images. Like the few interstate flirts lately from similar. In this case, it was the " when and where" flirt. Seems legit. There's no fake profiles here are there? (Anyone know any good coffee shops to meetup in Germany? Loving these gorgeous days, sorry gals who are heat adverse. Spray bottle filled with water close by at all times?? Today I went snorkelling with my son and am thinking I should try scuba. Just need to talk him into doing it with me, he's only 14. The low point was noticing that our regular spot looks very depleted in marine life which is a bit sad. But theres nothing more freeing than floating around in crystal clear deep water.

(Only because I did immigrate to Germany and got used to -15c to 28c, a bit shocking when I came back)Hottest I have seen here where I live is 54c. I am thinking this has been a mild summer here, we have only just cracked 40c this week. Advise on how to cope... get totally naked

Queen, I have tried a spray bottle with water, even used to have spray bottle with fan but settled on a routine with it that includes drying my face with a flannel after, dunno why I like it so much. I had a nap this afternoon with an ice brick, I wrap it in a flannel so it's not too cold and drippy, and move it to different areas. I drifted off with it settled in the centre of my chest this afternoon. Peachy

This summer is slightly less hot, but we still get over 40°C (42-47°C) at least once a week and the rest of the week is sitting at 35-40°C! 😰 hence, the under 30°C heat that Peachy and I were talking about was night time temperature, not daytime temperature, and as a heat intolerant (me), temperature heating at high 20 or over 30 degrees, with high humidity as well, at midnight is unbearable! 😰😭 - Posted from rhpmobile

True story, it was a long time ago, I was a young teen then, walked on the road without thongs and got blisters as the hot tar did stick to the soles of my feet... didn't make that mistake again. I believe Marble Bar (which is not far away) regularly gets that hot in summer. Here you can cook eggs on your car bonnet and DO NOT PICK UP A TOOL LEFT IN THE SUN WITHOUT GLOVES ON!!! It takes a special breed to live and work powering the national economy with exports from the north west... you lot in the rest of Australia are welcome... no dont consider raising the remote area allowance or that one for living north of the tropic of capricorn (that only buys 1 cup of coffee per week). Or consider letting WA have its own GST to allow us to make our towns more liveable, it is not like we earnt it or anything eh!

See my pic, I am drenched in sweat there, totally soaked and it is dripping out of me like the tap was not turned off properly. Drink water drink water drink water... is how we live. Also.. we use air conditioning in the night to sleep so maybe you heat intolerant's could invest in one of these at least for the evening. Get naked in your home.Hang at the shops for the free air conditioning during the day. I have used a wet towel placed in the freezer and then draped over a fan as well. Wetting the roof is also something I have tried. Sleep on top of a pile of pillows to maximise body surface area exposed to a fan. Just some tips.

Great tips from a Survivor living in a convection oven! 😜 I get heat rash and I tan and burn easily so the sun's not my best friend! 😛 I get pigmentation, my freckles darken, etc... I'm not a happy camper in the heat! I can't take the heat! 🤣 Do you know I'm having goosebumps just talking about the scorching heat you experience?! I might spontaneously combust there because of my high fat content and well, grease is flammable! 🤣😜 This weekend is apparently going to be a series of 3 days of 38 degC. Haven't checked if they've revised it yet but damnit... the Australian Open and it being the weekend means it's too expensive to check into a hotel for the air- conditioning, spa, pool and bath! 😓😔

But I don’t know how else to call it when I get the following reactions during high degrees of heat: - heat rashes (on my necks, arms, and feet) - get headache and feel dizzy while I drink 2-3 litres of water everyday! - feel nauseous on and off when the temperature goes over 35°C, and no, I’m not pregnant! And the list goes on...... Nope, I’m not a princess 😅 just someone who is not heat tolerant, that’s all 😁 - Posted from rhpmobile

Air conditioning is on our, we'd really like to have it despite all our other responsibilities costing so much, lolol. But We are looking at it for the sales after the hot weather, we've had enough of the heat!I nearly answered the naked one last night, I spend my life that way when I can, even in winter, I run hot all the time.I'll check out the chilly towel, thanks.I don't know why I am envisaging you on the roof, having a pee to wet it down! Great idea. Thanks for the tips, I slept with an ice brick at the top of my head last night and the fan at our feet, which does sweep across our bodies because of the height of the bed. Lucky because Pillows are not conducive to my tossing and turning, you should see the sheet when I wake up. Hope it's not too hot for you today, cheers, Peachy

PurePeony - I thought it would be more appropriate, and respectful to gazpacho51, that we move this topic here, since this thread is about anything 😜 Apologies to ElkeM in advance for chatting away on your thread 🙏🏼😛 Horror movies My best pick/vote, so far, is still The Grudge in Japanese version! And there are a number of movies been made in Japan on this subject too, which I have watched the majority of them alone, late at night, which no doubt I had some invisible companies watching it with me at the same time 😄 As for Hollywood’s horror movies, the only one that I find is good, in the past two decades, is The Conjuring 1! The rest are just not paranormal enough for me 😛 like the Annabelle movies, people screamed and screamed while watching it in a cinema full of movie goers 😄 - Posted from rhpmobile

For your comments on Peachy’s thread “Describe Yourself with One Word.......” 🙏🏼🌹 Due to my background and upbringing, plus life experiences gained later on, I have learned to be mindful about other people’s feelings, and/or the consequences that associate with my words or actions in situations. Hence, the reason why I made an open apology on the first page of this thread, because I know that my good intention is not always received properly nor welcomed, and so some people may have been offended by my rare/one off direct comments from time to time 😊 To me, life is truly too short to be wasted on doing negative things! No doubt, my parents did not raise me up to be a nasty person 😛 therefore, I always try my best to recognise my own mistakes, to accept criticisms and suggestions, and then improve to be a better person as I grow older and older 😊 - Posted from rhpmobile

Love your posts! 👍 So entertaining! 😉 Well, I recently learnt that I'm an Empath, which suddenly explains a whole shitass load of stuff that's happened in my life. I'm learning how to deflect and ground myself, but until then, I am extremely cautious and careful who I let into my "space". I know it sounds pretty X-Files or Twilight Zone 😜🤣, but fellow Empaths will know exactly what I mean. To compound matters, I'm hyper-sensitive to touch at times, and my sense of smell is pretty acute most times, to the extent that I smell odours during property inspections, but my friends couldn't. 😛 Some men do have strong natural smells, and if they don't have good personal hygiene, a healthy diet, or if their digestive system can't handle some of the food they've consumed, phew! 😷 my word... I'm like being gassed to death, slow torture style! 😵😖 An ex bf was unhealthy, very obese, and ate truckloads of junk all the time. I'd kiss him because I didn't want to hurt him, but it would take 3-4 days for the rancid, stinky breath to leave my mouth! 🤢 Even Listerine and extra brushing of teeth didn't help! 😷 Yucks! Never again! 😒 Maybe it's the pheromones... 🤔 Some men have a slight sweetish scent on them, which is completely irresistible, makes me want to f**k all the time and beg for seconds... and thirds... and... 🤣😁😜. My friends think it could be their pheromones - nature's way of drawing the genetically-different folks together to copulate and produce strong offspring with the best of both worlds in their genetic make-up. 🤣🤓 But I'm only interested in the sex bit. See Hawt... I'm a real bitch, complete with the olfactory glands of the female woof-woof! 🤣🤡 I'm not bad... I'm just born that way. *strikes Jessica Rabbit trout-pout sex vixen pose. 🤡 Oh darnit... You have actually combined two things into one, Peachy, by calling it the Chinese Animal Calendar 😜 Chinese culture does have its own calendar calls Lunar Calendar, and the Animals that associate with the years are called zodiac 😁 and whether or not we’re in a good year, it depends on the individuals’ birth date and time, and every individual’s Year is pan out differently because of the time that they were born, even though they were born in the same year. For example, in 2007, it was the year of Pig which was also said to be the year of Golden Pig, because it was the 60th round of Pig zodiac, and so many young Chinese couples got themselves pregnant from round about mid 2006 in order to have Golden Pig babies in 2007. But little they know that not every baby born in 2007 was a lucky baby due to their time of birth and the elements that fall within their time of birth! So superstitious I say, but that’s what they believed and their choice to choose 😁 - Posted from rhpmobile

Mmm, it's the Reader's Digest Article about the Chinese Zodiac for 2018 I was reading, I'm a rabbit, so it's supposed to be good for me. I'll take anything if it sounds good, and have now posted the introduction here which I obviously skimmed over. Peachy The Chinese zodiac works on a 12-year rotation, with each animal sign getting their own year. Your sign is based on the year in which you were born. (Want to know your biggest career strength, according to your Western zodiac sign? Here you go.) However, what many people don't realize is that your animal sign is only part of the story: There's an element attached to you as well; metal, water, wood, fire or earth. "In Western astrology," says Chinese astrology expert and Tai Chi master Sharon Smith, "we have the planets, we have the houses. In Chinese astrology, they have something they call the four pillars. The four pillars give you an indication of the elemental balance of your life. It takes basically 60 years to go through a complete cycle in Chinese astrology because you have the five elements, and you have the 12 animals and every animal goes through every element." The year of 2018 happens to be the year of the Earth Dog, which will mean greater stability and a greater sense of being grounded. The year of the Earth Dog is great news for some signs, but not all. According to Smith, "The animals that are going to have the most trouble are dragon, sheep (or goat), and rooster. The ones that are most compatible with dog energy would be the tiger, the rabbit, and the horse."
-

Tai Chi Master Sharon Smith is right with her reading. The Dog is never compatible with the Dragon, Goat, Rooster and Ox! So people who were born in those animal signs’ years will have some unexpected bad lucks, or face a great deal of challenges in 2018. However, that kind of reading is only an approximate estimation, not necessarily all bad or clash. And I personally believe that if we watch our own behaviour and mind our mouths closely, we should be safe and make it through the year unharmed :) All the best in 2018 Peachy, I wish you great health and peace throughout the year 🙏🏼😊 - Posted from rhpmobile

And one of those times is now, as I don’t know what else can I say to thank you for your kind compliments and supports given to me since my return in December. Apparently, we know each other on here (given that you still remember my dresses), but because I was away for a while, and with some usernames changed, I feel rude of me for unable to figure out your previous username 😔 Nevertheless, I thank you, Rubi, for your kindness, as well as being generous with your words, thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼😙😙 I haven’t had much chances to wear those dresses yet due to the current restricted financial capacity. Therefore, even though I do get some breaks from time to time, I am yet to get the right opportunities to wear those dresses appropriately ☺️ but I know it will happen one day when I move on to the next chapter of my life 🤗 Hope you are not offended by my slowness in identifying your previous username 😛 it is definitely not intentional! 😊 - Posted from rhpmobile

There are so much to read and respond to. However, duty calls times are unstable and varied everyday, like now, the time is up and so I will return later tonight to make responses to the relevant posts, as I can write better and make more sense when I’m not rushing around lol I am definitely not ignoring any comments that are directed at, or to, me 😊 - Posted from rhpmobile

Oohh... didn't realise the association between dog dog and long long time! 😃👍 Dog dog costs almost $90 though. 😝💸💸💸 And the strange thing is, thrice I've tried to order, and somehow the site hung! 🤔

Quoting 'PurePeony' You're really funny and easygoing! 👍 The bitch reference was about female dogs and their acute sense of smell. 😉 Sorry I didn't phrase it well. Oh, you did clearly... just my imagination taking tandents. Careful you dont get moon burnt or it will be "bloody" blue moon,... super! You're making me blush... not used to so much praise. Most kind thank you x

I meant to type “thank you Peachy...” in one of my posts above, not “than you Peachy...” 😅 sorry for the typo, and thank heaven it didn’t turn into a rude word! 😅 - Posted from rhpmobile

I just googled the dates for Melbourne MBS festival and it’s happening between 8-11 June. Which date are you planning to attend please? I’ll see if I could take a brief break and fly down that weekend :) - Posted from rhpmobile

Down my way. I'm in heaven - I love them! ☈☇☈☇ The first one lasted about 45mins, a slow moving cell with continual rolling thunder, sheet lightning and massive forks. No rain though - that preceded the storm. An impressive storm 👍 Second storm just rolling in, with lots of rain and more sensational thunder & lightning.

I could smell that before rain smell, and just a minute ago while typing I heard the first rumble of thunder. Won't be long now, over my way. Stay safe. Quoting 'MsJonesy' Down my way. Hmm... it's all good. Wouldn't want to be in the same breathing space with certain people, much less the same pool! 😝 But if you are in the pool, and there are inflatable pool toys, y'know like sausages, hot dogs, and bananas 🤣😁, I'll enjoy a skinny dip. 😁 I've decided not to read the comments of certain people. I think I will gravitate towards the peace-loving folks. 😊

Sorry... missed your MBS comment! I attended 2 out of 3 days during the last MBS here in November. There were a few crystals wholesalers there and on the last day, one of them had a 50% off everything special! 😃 I went a bit liberal with my budget then. 😛 Sooo, any day you choose, is fine with me. Or... I'll nip down to the MBS in Sydney! 😁
