I guess we all do it, we take a hundred pics and then crop, play with, muck about to get it as good as we can. Well....some do. It amuses me when I see the mobile phone in the pic as well as the mirror. If the pic is taken looking into the mirror, you can also see the phone reflected back in the mirror and can see the pic before it is taken without having the phone in the pic at all. The one where the camera is held higher than the face and it head comes across as disproportionately large.

I think we do whatever pics we feel are appropriate. I wanted to get nice pics of me, so phone/mirror was the only real way of doing that right.I got my neighbour to take photos of me in our naked sun tanning spot, but operating a simple phone camera seems to difficult for him at times haha..anyway, WOW - is that you on the surf board, dude you need to get up some actual pics of yourself, you may get more interest : ) ?

The best is when a couple say they will send pics via phone or msn, we usually only get pics of the lady, so then we don't bother chasing the males picture because he hasn't backed himself as being a match mostly because he is much older or weightier than the profile suggests. He thinks we will be happy seeing the females pics, probably because I'm Bi but Bi means both sexes so I want his lovely hard penis to be attached to a person I'm attracted to in some way. Mike, people like you really piss me off! Hey, look at me! look at me! I drive a Ferrari, all you Toyota drivers can get fucked. Sure your wife is gorgeous but she has one in a million genetics.You say yourself many days your wife eats more than you do yet she still looks gorgeous. Many woman work extremely hard to maintain some sort of figure after kids and gravity. The older you get the harder it becomes. My wife for instance does gym work lifting heavy weights three times a week, walks 5k's every work day, eats less than 1200 calories a day and still cannot get her pre-kids figure back. my cloak of invisibility, twiddling my thumbs......:) . I think the advent of mobile phone cameras and digital cameras has the up side and the down side.... . If you are in a couple situation you have the upside of having pics taken by someone you trust and can present some fantastic profiles. . As a single person, there is not always someone around you really trust to take any pics so you usually end up taking the pics yourself....it can be very funny at times setting up the camera, click the 10 second timer and racing back to your possie....lol......very entertaining results at times, worthy of the funniest pics award. . My day to day job involves working with near naked people, and I have to say I have never been repulsed by any clients body. ....no matter what size or shape they are. . . But some pics I have seen !!!!!!!....still trying to remove the images from my eyeballs. . The human form is rather spectacular in all its shapes, curves, bones, cuddly bits.... Just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we are all attracted to something different, what one person can drool over another finds not to their personal taste. . Whats the first word you see when you log on? Amateur Pics ? It takes all walks of life to make you laugh, cry and gross you out! I personally hate cocks in mouths with cum pouring out pics !! Thats one of many things i do best btw lol but there's a time and a place those pics should be kept for their own personal viewing. Pics have a big impact on your profile, some people cheat and use perfessional photography as they cant try and look good with out it ! I have a friend who activly searches Ebay for furniture that someone has taken a rather staid boring pic of it . She will purchase it at a low price and by adding cushions, better lighting, more pics then just one straight shot, adding a rather detailed description of item will end up selling it for up to 600% sometimes more profit on what she originally bought item. She has done this time and time again. She has an eye for detail and aesthetics. I think if some people put more of an effort into their profiles then just a quick shot in front of a bathroom mirror, grainy images, and thought of location of where they are taking pic , then maybe they wouldn't be complaining of no action from their profiles.It's interesting to see what some people place in there profiles. Things I dont like are seeing toys/highchairs in background shots...its a turn off to me. Im not a fan of overgrown gardens ..manscaping and lady gardens should be kept neat and tidy in my books..Sometimes I look at a profile and think Id like to "pimp" it up as I call it.Now that could be a fun job!!

when guys have 5 face picsw up in a row and every shot looks like a different person if its not a current face shot and your long haor is now shaved off youve gained 20kg etc then its out of date I agree post a current pic of how you are now update it every 6 months at lease :-) there are some pics up i saw 7 years ago the first time i joined RHP lmaoI am me proud of myself and my body I figure for the life its been through its been holding up pretty well all in all. I had previosuly seeked couples when I first joined this site but because of the lack of pics of both and often only being able to chat with one or the other member of the couple and due to a few bad experiences with selfish couples - all about them and not about me being included - I decided to no longer play with couples. I recognise I could have cropped your comment to only show the part i had highlighted but I didnt want to be taken out of context (obviously this still occured). It does interest me that it was only this personal (pet) peeve that irked you into commenting about the OP asking about pics that may make you gag etc and not my first post...curious.... Mutton & lamb!! I personally feel that Shel looks fantastic...especially for having 5 kids and being her age. More Kudos to her for looking that way. Mike should be justifyably proud. He obviously loves his wife and wants to tell everyone about it, That is great, wondeful, very rare to find these days. What I do object to is some of the terms he uses to describe others. This is a topic about the pics not the people in the pics. Things like cellulite thighs and hanging stomachs dressed in sexy lingerie making him gag or saggy and stretched boobs with fading tattoos are about the people not the photographic technique. They are inflamatory and are bound to make peopke feel insulted. Just the same as topics about "Fat chicks" Not only that but Mike tends to adopt the approach that if Shel can do it everyone should. Fortunately she is blessed with fantastic genetics. Shel is the embodiment of everything that Mike thinks epitomises a lady and that is fine. Each to thier own. It would be a sad old world (not to mention a boring forum) if we all looked the same and liked the same things/people.

I wanted to get nice pics of me, so phone/mirror was the only real way of doing that right.I got my neighbour to take photos of me in our naked sun tanning spot, but operating a simple phone camera seems to difficult for him at times haha..anyway, WOW - is that you on the surf board, dude you need to get up some actual pics of yourself, you may get more interest : ) ?

avoiding the row and answering the original question we find the most important thing in profile pics is honesty. It doesn't matter what the pics look like as long as they're honest, we may or may not be attracted to certain people but at least we all know straight away who we're dealing with and no one's time is wasted. 1. Close ups of pussies, balls & butts with shaving rashes, pimples and ingrown hairs..yes, these things can happen to anyone but they are not appealing in photos.2. People with cigarettes in their mouth....a very unattractive look.3. Photos taken in the kitchen with dirty dishes and other household mess in the background....grubby!4. Not actually the pic itself..but couples profiles where only one half the couple is pictured...or no photos at all...totally pointless!!!

It amuses me when I see the mobile phone in the pic as well as the mirror. If the pic is taken looking into the mirror, you can also see the phone reflected back in the mirror and can see the pic before it is taken without having the phone in the pic at all. The one where the camera is held higher than the face and it head comes across as disproportionately large.

funny how we can quite freely and openly find something about a mans profile and/or pics and criticize it or them, but when it comes to making comments about a female, we are instantly pilloried and condemned for it. our pics should be the best we can post, its advertising pure and simple........... Myers and the like don't use ordinary photos and amateurish campaigns and expect customers to break their doors down in the rush...do they?
