  We live in Kalgoorlie 600 klm form Perth and recently had been talking to a couple from perth on rhp and on msn. Was asked the other day when we would be travelling to perth so we could meet them. We gave them a date as we were coming to perth for a weekend soon. As soon as we gave them a date and a suburb to meet for a drink . . . They back tracked saying that it was not going to work as they had been let down before. WTF !!!! We are a genuine couple looking for some fun. We have children as do most couples we talk to and cant drop things at the drop of a hat and live 600 klms from perth. We were willing to travel that distance for a drink to see if we clicked before playing and they couldnt have the decency to travel maybe 10 minutes for a drink and possible hook up. I think thats rude and inconsiderate. We travelled 350 klms there and350 klms back, a few weeks ago on the one day my husband was off work to meet a couple for a drink to see if we clicked. We were at the pub for 2 hours chatting and found yes we would like to play and are just waiting for an opportunity to get together soon for some fun. Its not just men or women who are time wasters but couples as well !!!!

  It appears alot of people can be timewasters. I think the main thing is that we stay true to ourselves as BlackStillettoes said. I have never ever stood anyone up. I have messaged them and told them something came up and that we could meet another time if they were interested. But never not contacted them if something had come up. This has happened maybe once or twice. All other times I have done what I said I would do even though perhaps they had overindulged in certain areas. And that has happened a bit btw.It has been great hearing everyones posts and I appreciate that alot of us have been in the same or similar circumstances.Mrs SAOT xxx

  seems like it happens in all sexes all preferences and all age groups.for me its reinforcement that its not me and its not personal.i totally agree on the phone talking asap.if you cant get continuity of access drop them like a hot spud.it seems the biggest issue on here,it is because its insulting to the core,but please give the genuine ones a chance to explain,lets not get too bitter and twisted.thers too many great fun people out there,its their loss...crazy mex
