My oldest goes for her driving test for her P's in 2 weeks! I'm both excited (for her, and for me having one less chaueffer duty!), but anxious and nervous too. Thankfully she doesn't drive like I did at her age! (Immortal race car driver) lol

I_touch_myself2 and Eiliethiya for your kind comments and words of comfort 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Like I said to boobs_or_bust, I have never ever dealt with any government departments/agencies, especially CL, over the phone or online. I always go in person to see them whenever I needed to, and I always get seen by different staff each time I go in. So, I really don't know whether it's the representatives that saw me didn't update my reports and statutory declarations in their system, or it is really their system that is preventing the updates! 😕 I went in again today and was seen by a different staff and her supervisor. But none of them could update anything in their system and the answer I got was: "we don't know why our system here does not allow us to make the updates, so we will have to send a report to the HQ and see if they could update your info from there. So please go home first and we will call you this afternoon to let you know of the outcome." 🙄🙄 and I was not gieven any more time after that, despite how stressed and distressed I looked! 😕 so much assistance given to a former tax payer of two and half decades! Sigh! I could make a scene out of it today, but I couldn't see what benefits would my action bring me if I did! Hence, I just left CL branch in deep worries, and in the hope that they would call me in the arvo, as promised! But I was too hopeful and had too much faith in CL staff! I'll have to go in again on next Monday to hassle them, and if nothing could be resolved by then, then I would have to borrow money from my siblings to get through this big gap (reapply in worse case scenario) for bills and food! 😢 What a joke that they rebranded their brand to be the "Department of Human Services", but show almost no humanity to people who are genuinely in need of help at the same time! And no, sending my parent to rot in nursing home in her current condition (so that I could return to the woekforce and regain my financial freedom) isn't humanity nor humanly choice to me! 😡 - Posted from rhpmobile

Exactly, you are just a number to them, and that's the problem 👎If the mistake is shown to be there's further along, they should back pay, but even if that happens, that won't help now. Sorry you're having to go through this. They need to sort out their computer networking, not only within that department, but the so called linked departments like medicare etc. Try changing an address, all of their departments have now been linked, yet each one has a different address?? Mail ends up everywhere, same as Telstra, trying to separate accounts post/after divorce, over a 6 month period I think I rang them every day. I should have billed them for my time and therapy 😝 absolute nightmare. Simple case of properly networking within and across different linked departments?

last night consisted of a last minute sorry can't make it ,after Mrs b spent a couple of hours getting ready for our first mmf in some brand new honey b gear , she looked totally hot and ready for action under her little skirt and jacket , he will never know what he missed out on ,we did still go out but unfortunately didn't feel any spark ,but we did have the nicest food at a restaurant we wouldn't normally go to ,sonthe glass is still half full. Been up since 3:30 am, kissed a sexy man goodbye ;) Uber to airport at 4:10 am and coffee and brekkie at the airport :) Bags checked in, waiting to board for a couple of hours shut eye :) This is the week before the return to work for me, it's also a week of many firsts... my daughter (second child and baby of the family lol) commences year 12 this year, I've bought my last stationery pack and filled in my last booklist ... in 10 months time I leave a workplace I've been at since 1989 :) other than some years away to work in industry, I've been at the same school and same community for 28 years :) Excited by the new possibilities of our working sea change to Brissie but till then it will be a busy 10 months :) Can't wait for this next phase to begin 😍🤗❤️ Mary xx

For the well wishes. Today was a breeze because it was an orientation and the same will happen tomorrow. The days our toddler is home are going to shake things up a bit! Experiencing problems with accessing and using the site this week? Seem to be encountering page loading time outs, access problems, and time outs because the server hasn't responded in time. This occuring when using the full site, on both my phone and tablet...and using to different internet providers, so I don't think the problem is at my end.

I received a reply from RHP Customer Support (on 17th Jan). I was thanked and informed "We have discovered the cause of the issue and are in the process of resolving it - chat doesn't support secured pages and now that the whole mobile site is secured it is causing issues. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and we appreciate your patience". So, maybe that has to do with why logging is an issue, they could be doing upgrades and fixing chat issues too? Ms Foxy

Was your support request about the chat system, or the site being inaccessible/page load errors/timeouts/deadlock exceptions/etc? If it was the latter, then at best they're confused and giving you the wrong info. IMO the chat system isn't the source of the problems, site security isn't the problem either. Using HTTPS has nothing to do with the deadlock timeouts, that's a combination of poor coding in their back end/not understanding database locking and a system that is too overloaded for its resources. Those "504 gateway timeout" errors suggest something buggered up in their datacentre or servers as well. It's hard to do much but take educated guesses without knowing their setup. HTTPS should make no difference at all though. (Dear RHP tech people, if you happen to browse past, throw a "with (nolock)" into your database read queries, those deadlocks should start to go away)
