So i was only a kid but i can remember so many hidious things i wore and did Happy pants (mc hammer style) Skirt with lace underneath attached to leggings Leather clogs Hippy flopppy hats with a big flower Crochered long vests Roller blading Knowing all the words to ice ice baby Ive got so many more but i cant bare to tell anymore so tradgic lol

Must admit i held back when they played the 'bus stop' and everyone would stand in the middle step side to side then clap lol. I'd need training wheels its been so long since i've put skates on. Also the arcade game Wonder Boy....hours of the little boy running from left to right jumping and throwing axes. Don't forget the game guess who. I had a casio organ lol....and a drum set. Used to hit the high hat thinking i could play the riff to Dire Straits Money for the nothing...best starting drum riff to a song ever lol. The Goonies....let me do some lines......"Rocky Rooooaaaddd"........."Bullet Holes" lol We could do all of those things and then get a piece of paper write origami style little messages then play that game where you put your fingers in the slots and open shut them open shut them then read what the message says. (Do you know what i mean....what was that called lol).

Group B rally cars. Brock versus Johnson........ I had an afro......well, very boofy hair anyway.......If only you sould see me now. Tight jeans......and being a teenager, I would get a woody at anytime. I remember having to go to the front of the class to say something. I had a woody and my tight jeans on. The girls all gave me a look like they all knew. I was very shy at that stage and i was soooooo embarrased. Used to go to The Dee Why Hotel to see The Angels, Do Re Me, The Eurogliders, The Cockroaches(now the Wiggles. lol) Rose Tattoo, The Radiators....... Working on mates Geminis and Ford Escorts. I saw an old picture the other day and everyone was wearing tight shorts and their t shirts were tucked in. Sooooooo daggy. lol.

I'll practice my skating How could i forget Donkey Kong, but i have something better........ the old Slip n slide lol.......rolling out the plastic then connecting the hose to it so the water comes out....then running like a whippin and throwing the body onto the slippery water slide and coming off the end lol. Stand by me was a big movie back then. The Atari...where the tennis game (called pong) was considered hardcore graphics...2 lines and a dot as the ball lol. I'll have to practice the skating so much its been decades lol.

While I enjoy pretty much al music from the 50s to 90s, the 70s and 80s were the best for me.in the 80s, EVERYTHING was a new style of music, from country to soul to disco to rock.Some of the music today is a butchered rehash of older music.the artists of the 80s were ORIGINAL.My ex had that 80s hairstyle and the DJ would play 'Shook me all night long' by AC/DC when she walked out on the dance floor.she would get embarrassedhigh heels, fishnet nylons and a tight red mini dress with a wide belt and a butterfly for a buckle.And that thick head of brunette 80s hairstyle to grab hold of while we were......I was in the U.S. Army in Germany in the 80s, so would go to German discos a lot (and get kicked out a lot).99 red ballons was about WWIII, and the germans would stand and protest in front of our bases.where is a machine gun when you need one.one time they passed a suitcase down the line and put it in front of our guard shack. we didnt know if it had a bomb in it our not. One of the germans said that they wanted us to go but we would always welcome us back as tourists.They still wanted that american dollar. When we did finally leave, all the local economies collapsed with the loss of 20,000 american troops close by.Ronald reagan. we called him RONBO and had a poster of rambo holding the RPG but with Ronnies face super-imposed on it. He out spent the russians and they collapsed internally. won the cold war without firing a shot.genius.I have about 20 pounds of the Berlin wall at home.The younger generation now does not know how close we came to going in to nuclear oblivion in the 70s and 80s.When the wall went down, we were GEARED UP for WWIII, thinking we would have to break open a corridor for the east germans to get out.They just opened the gates and let them out.They came in to nurnberg by the thousands, in the crappy east german cars, stared at all the wonders of the west, and turned around and drove home that night.and it was over.WOW!yes, the 80s was really something.

The 80's for me was discovering my sexuality....sex on the beach....sex on roof tops of high rise buildings...Sex on jetties getting splinters in my butt....lol....I remember "Rock the Casbar" as a favourite dance floor song....I remember wet t shirt competitions.....I remember sex being plentiful....before....the dreaded "Grim Reaper" ad on tv....telling us all about AIDS and reminding us about Safe Sex.......Made us all stop and think....The 80's was also when RBT came in....I had a few blurry years but what i remember was great fun.Plat
