Was in the library a couple of days ago and decided to check out some Shaun Tan books in the kids section. Picked up some snotty little beggars cold. Not liking it much at all. Can't even go anywhere in case I pass it on to others. Hope it is gone in a day or so. By the way if you are unfamiliar with Shaun Tan's work check him out, well worth it

Meant to have a day off today and sort out domestic duties after 4 weeks away. Got a call from work people wanting to meet ASAP this afternoon to sort out issues (theirs not mine). They can't wait tomo as one director is off to his hols tomo morn. there goes my day off. Soooo get messaged....this bloke is a douche.....knocked him back, rambled some crap about being a soldier with 3 tours under his belt, sent his gallery couldn't view it so obviously cockshots or the like which he denied aaying they were only face pix so I said I have family in the ADF mostly Officers next thing he disappears. With the influx of membership RHP the quality disappears in a sea of shit.....maybe there could be a new membership level that goes through a more thorough screening process not dictated by $ but by social interaction on the site. People "apologizing" to others they caused offense to by saying they're sorry the other person misunderstood what they meant. I used to work with a doctor who said the most belligerent things, then gave an "I'm sorry you took my comment that way" response when confronted. A formal group complaint sorted him out though.

Limited opportunities with a weekend of 2 grand finals,nrl has 2 qld teams playing so our brissy guys will be hard to get away from watching that with their mates,school hols so lots of single dads have their kids, or people gone away for long weekend. Sorry about the bad news.😁

Added a colleague to Facebook and suddenly the click-bait posts are filling my news feed. You know the ones, they will usually contain pics of some poor child, taken from somewhere on the net, and say shit like "One share is one prayer for this child with cancer!" or "Stop child abuse, Like if you agree, ignore if you don't care!" The last one was accompanied by a pic of a three year-old girl with a bruised face. A quick Google search showed that she had been assaulted at day care in the UK by a two year-old boy (aptly nicknamed Chucky). As soon as something is on The Internet it suddenly becomes impossible for many people to think for themselves. Just because someone put something on a site doesn't make it true! *Takes deep breath* Rant over.

One of my customers took their kids to Thailand for the School holidays and another has gone to England to work for however long. Between them I'm owed about $3k. So baked beans and vegemite toast for my kids and I until the pricks decide to pay me. Not fucking happy ! And, AND, I worked a kid weekend to get their jobs done !

pre-occupied with work lately. bit scatter brain. Lots of housechores done on autopilot. had late dinner with kids, served them food and then served myself. work report in one hand, put my plate down by the kitchen bench to season my curry. I reached out to grab fishsauce to season my curry. sat on table. Had my first mouthful then realised i pour dishwashing liquid all over my curry!!! yuck!!

Customs are the worst "Your produce is prohibited, so we will confiscate the contraband and issue you a penalty". At Central Station today: "This train will terminate, please alight." I had to translate to three worried people whose English sounded fine to me. Quite possibly they were wondering if the train was on fire and about to blow up. Just why?

Like going to a milkbar and asking the old Italian guy behind the counter for milk. I know of a few staff I have of whom English is a second language. they speak perfect english, grammatically correct albeit with accent and nothing wrong with that. All very studied yet beautiful. They are the torch carrier of the English language as the locals can't be bothered to enunciate nor articulate. They have more reverence for the language than the locals. Lol.

aahh...those PERVERTS! and I ain't prude myself :) but I almost reached for the phone to dial the local police station and file a report of "sexual harrassment" today morning....aaaahhhh So here is what happened. It was a lovely summer morning so I decided to cycle to the local beach and do my regular morning swim there -instead of doing my usual pool-swim I did the ride, did the swim, then went back to my bike to grab the extra gear I need for changing into cycling gear again (shoes and stuff) when I noticed a PERVERT OLD MAN (75+) in his UNDIES (horrible yuck white ones) staring at me whilst folding his man-bits..aaahhhh...but it is none of my issue what he is doing in the shadow of the tree in a public beach so I did not return his stare..continuing to grab my gear from the basket on my bike he must have noticed that the bike belonged to me so he shouted at me whilst my back was turned to him"Oh so you ride, I bet you can ride any HORSE! Wanna ride mine?! I am here!" aaaarrggghhhh honestly I ain't prude and okay I was in my cozies (not a bikini so he cannot say i was flashing too much skin) and I did not even utter a word at him yet I got shouted at by a pervert! This has never happened to me and it was bloody annoying! Can I not walk in my cozies from the beach to my bike rack on my way to the change room just because I am a woman? Or if I do then I am an available prey to any pervert to comment about my looks. I bet he has never seen a sexy woman like me for years (or decades!) so he just could not help himself and had to release his stress this way (before his pacemaker blows over) but still - I was furious! How does he dare to shout insults at any passing woman at a public beach ARGH.. I went and changed into cycling gear and went to grab my bike - but was already prepared to use self defence if I had to should he approach me...and he shouted at me again! This time he was saying along the lines of "You are hot, let me eat you out!" but I did not hear it cos was already on my way out of his eyesight on my bike...on my way back I passed a police car - they were out patrolling- and I was VERY TEMPTED to stop by and alert them of the pervert on the beach but decided it might not have been that important... still..it ruined an otherwise perfect morning....

If it wasnt a nudist beach(where guys watching and wanking is accepted) then he was breaking the law. Even at the places where play and voyourism is accepted, calling out and being down right rude isnt acceptable. If it was me, and I had my phone, I would have taken a pic or recorded him, and reported it to police. You really dont know if he would have said and done that to any female of any age.maybe next time it will be a very young girl.Not good. He needs to be stopped.

I feel your pain sister lol I haven't actually had the misfortune of the verbal grossness (except out the window of cars), usually show my disdain early in the peace, send out the 'go away' signals, as I'm sure you did, that individual probably needed reporting by the sound of it, gross, yuk. I get old dudes perving at me all the time when I'm out exercising or at the beach, young ones as well, but that's different haha double standards I'm okay with them looking, it's a free world, and I dress 'lightly' you might say so I guess welcome the visual validation (and I'm fully aware it might not always be validation at my age, they might just think I'm tragic, I don't give a crap though), but when they hover or change direction, just so they can check out your ass (and like 75+ like you say), they're so obvious, it makes me sick. One man yesterday really made me angry. I'd finished my walk and was sitting looking at the ocean, chilling and enjoying the panorama, he's walking past on the path but couldn't get past, slowed right down, and veered towards me in a really creepy way, all the while perving constantly, eyes just about popping out of his head, he was sort of half smiling in a creepy way, yuk! He was old wtf I get it a lot but this guy came into my personal space, stood right near me, almost like he had no control over it, weird. I am getting a bit over it, and less tolerant, so stared back but with a scowl on my face, the 'f*&k off' kind of look, but he still hovered, so I asked him what he was looking at, in a not so nice tone, and he moved on, but STILL didn't completely move on, probably a meerkat in his other spare time. Then he stopped again 4 or 5 metres away, turning and perving still, so again I turned and scowled at him, saying out loud 'keep walking', though I don't think he heard that, other people around me did. Then he very slowly went to his car but again was taking way too long and then sat in his car forever, creeping me out all the more. Even at the places where play and voyourism is accepted, calling out and being down right rude isnt acceptable. If it was me, and I had my phone, I would have taken a pic or recorded him, and reported it to police. You really dont know if he would have said and done that to any female of any age.maybe next time it will be a very young girl.Not good. He needs to be stopped. it is not a nudist beach..it is a beach near a Sydney suburb , 10metres from a busy road, 50metres for a pedestrian main street. I did not report him as I assumed he was just a "old pervert" and the police was busy with attending to a pedestrian who was injured in a car accident - a car ran into the pedestrian waiting for the light to change in the pedestrian crossing..so in comparison what he did was of lesser importance. Plus there were other patrons by - an other cycling couple (a man and a woman who did not go for a swim) were ear-witness to what this old pervert shouted at me and they were visibly shocked and there were other people around - I reckon if his behaviour got worse he was reported as the day went on . From my side if he is there the next time I am doing my Monday Morning Cycle+Swim (which I do almost every week) I will report him to police if even as much blinks at me..never seen the guy there before -there are usually older men sitting around admiring the "view" but they are very polite, never harass anyone just hanging out..This dude was an "old pervert" behaving weird..he could have had some mental issues -I don't know..Just weird...but damn it rained parade on my otherwise splendid Monday morning ocean swim ...

Also hearing you on the old dudes in the speedos yuk, gross see I would not have hesitated to call police on this dude - anyone following me and then acting as if they were to follow me in their car is a straight call for help on my side. Knowing self defence gives me confidence that should it come to "contact" I am able to defend myself or buy time to get help but still - I would rather not live up to my mantra of "If threatened I punch first - not second!" the last thing one would want is to deal with police afterwards.. but it seems the world is still a weird place and we women have to be alert and ready to stand our ground etc.

Especially to ruin a nice relaxing day. Say "aaarrgggfhhhhhhh" 3x more times, have a drink & relax. I am sure he will not be there again, as probably had a heart attack from being overly exited. I did not even realise that sort of thing happened. (as never happened to me, Not surprised mind you.), But; suppose that would be a bit naïve of me. Things like that are a bit scary when you hear about it, or think about it :-(

I used to walk a particular strip every day along the beach, and every day, without fail, no matter what time I got there, morning afternoon, it was never the same, this old dude would suddenly appear on the path on his pushbike and ride really slowly and perve, get a bit past me, turn around back past me again, you get the picture, creepy. He wore faded old cycling clothes (would have been high vis once I guess). But he'd appear from no-where. In the end, I realised he must have lived in one of the beachfront homes, watched and grabbed his bike when he saw the opportunity to be creepy?? There's no way he just would have been there every time I was, and he'd stare at me, I'd see him coming and look down at the ground so there was no eye contact. Needless to say, I don't walk there anymore

I'm usually cool with the fact that I live in a regional area, by choice, but I was scrolling through the "talent" here this morning and I am envious of you Sydney women with all the available men. My travel options are limited as I'm a casual worker but I wish I could locate a nice FWB within an hour or so's drive of where I live. Sigh....guess I'll just keep looking for a permanent job.
