I think what happens is younger guys have mostly only had sex with girls their own age or younger and a 3 minute romp would probably normally satisfy both of them...just long enough to get the deed done without messing up her hair or having to break a sweat. Instead of asking yourself, "How good was this session?", you should be asking, "How good was it with him/her this week or month?" On plenty of occasions I've experienced sessions where I'd rate my partner as unsatisfying or even disappointing, but if I then step back a bit and rate her for the entire month, then I'd rate her as overall Very Good! If you focus on a single session or night, you're just setting yourself up for disappointment, and you have only yourself to blame for it.
