I read the forums on a daily basis and have posted comments in the past when something got my attention. Nowadays I have become more of an spectator due to the heavy presence of the spell and gramma police.Some people seem to be more interested on how others structure their sentences rather than trying to understand what the OP is trying to convey.Maybe if the spell and gramma police were a bit more lenient, those of us with English as a second language would feel more comfortable to contribute.

I'm a repeat offender, meaning I leave then come back, post a few more comments and then lurk for awhile, then leave again and repeat. Use to be kind of active here, but after being away last year found a whole new crew and for me at least, just wasn't fun anymore. I don't post much, although I do enjoy sitting down once the kids are in bed and have a quick read of these forums. I really like some of the topics in here because some topics you can't just sit and talk about with your friends, well some of my friends have their minds permanently in the gutter like I do, so I could I guess I just like seeing what other people have to say and the different opinions and views on things.I aim to participate more, but am careful not to make a dick of myself

Then I remember how much fun I've had in here and I'm back with a vengeance. Hopefully, my pissy days haven't deterred people! And, for the record, whilst I'm a grammarnazi from way back, it usually only comes out on the threads that initiate the subject. I think I'm safe in saying that most posts aren't going to get dissected, but if someone starts a thread about spelling, well, I reserve the right to have my say, too ;) BUT welcome, all, sometimers, neverbefores, the lost and the found. I know that when I first discovered the forums, I went all kid-in-a-candy-shop. Your self control impresses me ;)

Well, If you mean the male lurkers that seem to slither around when you are at the nude beach sunbaking or even at the couples dogging spot then i must say yuck. Totally off putting. My partner and I were at Samurai beach having a nice time and it just got very weird with many men just lurking around like desperadoes and the most noticeable thing was their heads bobbing up and down over the dunes. We like being perved on and we even put on a show for couples and I will even put on a show for another female but male lurkers ,yuck.

First of all fantastic forum topic Ozboy well done on encouraging us who do not regularly post to say hello. I myself have only posted on a couple of topics. They have been something that i feel i can add value to with my opinion or either an interest in that said topic.I do read quite a few of the threads and they are always quite amusing, some of you post some random stuff that is enjoyable to read while others have some really great advice, insight and opinions. Do not be afraid to post, from what I see 99% of people here value the thoughts and opinions shared here, whether they agree or not it is almost always done in a respectful manner so congratulations to all.
