Nope it's not just rough sex. Yes you have consent for the act to occur maybe specify absolute hard limits. No I wouldn't be planning it out in detail. For me it's the unexpected form of rape play. Did the tongue piercing make it difficult to give head? I've got a prince Albert so I know that it takes a different technique that way.
