It's 2.30 and I missed your post. Not having IP is annoying, just contact the mods,it might take a few weeks but its worth it. My garden is going well. The weather has been a bit horrid however. We have had a few days of high winds but now just some gentle rain . I hope you have recovered from your chest infection. Q

Quoting 'Emin8' Hi Q, I didn't know the cheese thing, interesting. I've sought treatment & am probably the healthiest mentally that I've been for over 20 years. I was diagnosed with 'severe depression, anxiety and agoraphobia' in my late teens and PTSD more recently. I see a psychiatrist regularly and am on quite effective medication so things are great. Well, except the nightmares. Psych offered sleeping aids to enable zonkness (excuse the technical medical phrasing) but they make me too goofy for work the next day, so I told him I'd try herbal methods. I'm lucky enough to have free & open access to smokable herb and it works well. Of course their are still some bad nights but thats fine, everyone has them I guess. xoxo - Posted from rhpmobile Hi. Cheese definitely works. I eat cheese every night, usually after orgasm, I get hungry for some reason and run for the kitchen, make myself a cheese and vegemite sandwich and settle into a peaceful sleep. I never wake from dreams or nightmares after eating cheese. Try it, even try it with bread like I do. My bread is wholemeal, just for your information, doubt that would make a difference. Having said all of that, it's now 3.15am and I'm still awake. Problem is I've fallen into nightshift mode from a few late ones and can't get my body clock to reset. Just off for a sandwich now

I wrap my pillow around my head most of the time. You know, when I actually go to bed. It keeps out noises and light. Right now, it's 2am and there are 2 more episodes of Prisoner. Conversely, I can sleep in a room with 4 people screaming at footy, lol. I swear my time clock is off. Peachy...
