Cap'n No-Beard Quest 2018

Yes, RHP boys and girls! The long missing Cap'n No Beard has dropped in to the tree house after a long absence (he's been away plundering and otherwise engaging in various nefarious activities). BUT!, he is back and looks like he may stay awhile (judging on the amount of plonk he had brought with him). SO, this is an appropriate time for one of his infamous quests. Now, you regular Pie's all really know how the quest works, but for those newbies, here are the rules: At 9pm every night (when all the kiddies are asleep) Cap'n No-Beard will post a question on this thread. Whoever is first to post the correct answer will receive 3 points. Whoever is second to post the correct answer will receive 2 points. Whoever is third to post the correct answer will receive 1 point. There will be six questions in all. The person with the highest number of points will be the winner of the quest. The winner shall receive a magnum of Dom Perignon (Cap'n No Beard has unusual tastes for a pirate!) The winner can nominate their favourite bottle shop and the Cap'n will organise it, whereupon it will be available for pick-up directly by the winner. HOWEVER! As usual, there is a twist to the quest, as the 6 correct answers will ALSO be clues to an underlying quest that the wiley Ca'n No-Beard has also woven in and that pertains to his current location! Solve THAT riddle and be the first to post it on the thread, and you will also win a bottle of Dom! Note: Points will be awarded in relation to the eventual order in which they eventually appear on the thread. That order will be apparent by 8:30pm the following evening and points awarded before the next question is posted. And as you should all know by now, Cap'n No Beard is a pirate of his word, and anyone can play! X Obi1

Tried to pick up hers. Close to closing time and who would have thought there are 2 dan Murphy's in the same street, let alone opposite each other.....wtf. So other store had closed. Try again next week...

Been full winds in our Good Ship Lollypops sails for three and a quarter, half past and all ahead ahaggggh, sees we made it just in time for ye bells and whistles, sucklefish and pithals (south sea of kinds) First mate'n Fore most fashionably.. Mado Tara xx

A big AHOY! to me ol' adversary th' wiley ol' Cap'n SG! Ye scabby flounder! Hiding away over in NZ are ye?. Well, there be a tasty wee bottle o' Angostura Rum awaitin' ye down at th' Barrel. Tis a nice drop o' 1824 and I hopes ye likes it me matey! Ahh, reminds me of a time back aways, when the Amorous Porpoise was becalmed off Trinidad. One balmy evening, we was drinking Angostura an' playing "spin th' cuttlefish" on the aftdeck, when up pops a Caribbean mermaid, all coy like, an asks me if I likes t' go for a wee swim with her! Well, ye never knocks back a chance t' swim with a 'maid y' know, and as I had no pants on (as be me want), I goes t' leap over the side. Trouble is, I gets caught up in some stray rigging and end up a hangin' upside down like whereupon an opportunist seagull flys up and had a good peck on me ol' Jolly Rodger! Fuck I hate seagulls!
