Mythical lover

I'm in love with a mythical being

a shadow from my childhood

that grew in my adolescence

manifested in my matured mind

A vicious creature no woman wants

the soul neglected, deemed too dark

A lone wolf with capacity for so much more

Part man, part beast, wild and strong

I held him, I caressed him, in the darkest hour of night

felt his presence surround me, all around, on and inside

we made deep love of intense pleasure, until the glimpse of dawn

when he dispersed, leaving me craving to hold him once more

Was it a dream ?

Was it my imagination ?

the bites on my neck ?

the bruises on my breasts ?

Now I await for a storm, with thunder and lightning

to cast a spell to summon those spirits that know him

Enabling my calls to reach far and wide

To light the beacon for him to return, and forever be mine.
