Well I am not sure about active members but certainly there are not too many younger regular forum contributors. For me I have met hundreds of RHP people but it has been through attending meet and greets, parties and events. Maybe you will have more luck by getting iutvyhere and meeting people face to face. It is much less time consuming than cold call emailing. ;-)

for a lot of people means having settled down, having children and not even really considered this scene. I know I was oblivious to it while shacked up in my own little world. There are a couple of younger ones who post in here but not a lot. I have been contacted by quite a few probably seeking a cougar that are well under 30 so they are out there. Good luck.

I know that my kids and their friends are very judgmental and conservative. They are also just looking more to that one on one thing, get to know each other and yes settle and find mr or mrs right for them. its rare but not unusual to find younger people, but its more men than women the younger women are out of the box, very mature and very into what they want and not afraid to go for it. Also people tend to go to the name calling crap at that age and the young guys think if you put out to much you have to be an utter slut and are not afraid to call you on that, or call their mates and tell em your an utter slut and up for all takers. the joys of being sexually liberated in a sexually suppressed world

It's hard finding people under thirty, most are focused on building a career or starting a family. The majority of people I meet at kink socials are either 35 plus, in exclusive relationships, or see casual dating as a means to a LTR relationship. It doesn't bother me, I'd rather people do what they feel like doing than be swinging for the wrong reasons. inthekiss is right, with all that's happening in a young person's life sexual experimentation is left behind, nasty (and misogynistic) stereotypes about sexually active people pop up (sometimes as a reactionary defense rather than real phobia, doesn't make the situation any better) Keep looking, keep socializing, and keep supporting sex positive movements.

We just held our first Gen Y - meet and greet drinks.Was lots of fun, majority being the mid 20s. had a few drinks then went back to OSS for more fun.We messaged plenty of people from sydney and outer city suburbs.only 9 couples came out of the 20 that confirmed, that said, a hell of a lot of leg work was put in, more than we would have for our own enjoyment, then general consensus was that younger people want to have sex/hang out/connect with younger people.

It takes a lot of life (and personal) experience, in my opinion, to get to a point where swinging becomes an option. People don't usually let go of their hang ups until they are a little older and wiser to the world. Most young people come with too much drama. That and I think it depends on where you are and just how comfortable you are with putting yourself out there. MrsSplicey

It is very hard to find people our age that are active. Most like to take things slow and lots of the time get overwhelmed by it all. We had our first ffm then joined RHP but didn't actively use it for almost a year.

We agree it is very hard and we have tried a few sites and still not sure of the best!.. Samanthaleon done a good thing and organised a gen y meet and greet and i am sure we with help of the couple of people we know in this area we could organise the same!.. We have had our fare share of no shows and even shown up to places where people are alot older then us which makes us think we are in the wrong scene for our age! Like is it really an older life style or is there some genuine people out there that would like to meet and greet!.. Enough from us.thanks

Getting started seems like a very daunting task, especially when you are confronted with a lot profiles of people who are very picky and choosy. You can't please everyone obviously but some seem very prejudiced indeed. Also a lot of people my age have the prejudice that these sites are only used by older people.

We're from down south of Sydney area and under 30 it does seem the younger crowd stick to them selfs . It's a shame some older couples have better stimulation and some surprise moves :-) I say try everything but I don't think I would like anyone older then 45 that would prob be my limit at the moment .and I like a nice body to play with so looking after your self is a must not like crazy fit . but no fat beer bellys and larger then life ect if you know what were saying 😄 . I agree with some of the previous comments, confidence both as a person and as a couple sometimes takes time to evolve enough to the point of actually considering putting yourself out there and experiencing something potentially awkward. I think as long as you are confident and secure as a couple and don't take yourself and the situation so seriously its all good fun! I mean really what is the worst possible thing that could happen? If you get stood up at a bar.....you're already in a bar so thats an instant win anyway. If the people you meet are strange or awkward its a hilarious story for later and if they happen to be sexy and intelligent then you could potentially have one incredible fucking night (Gosh I'm so puny).Ms Enamor

I have to agree, unfortunately there aren't a lot of young people on here who are genuinely into this scene. And just in general there aren't a lot of people under 30 who are even open to the idea.But each to their own I guess.Meet and greets are definitely a good way to meet others, but there should be more "younger" Meets.
