well my perfect man...i always thought that attached ment you had someone at home waiting....your not married but your living together... i would never have thought that having kids living with you would make you attached...if thats the case i need to change mine big time... i was divorced years ago, so i dont even count it hahaha so i say im single....if i see a profile that says divorced i presumed its a recent thing...just like seperated i figger you just havent divorced yet roxxy xxx

How long you have been divorced for Jose, anything over a year well you are a classified as a born again single. Attached to your son, um you dont have an umbilical cord so that isn't possible :-)

I've always thought there should be a "it's complicated" category. I'm "attached" because my ex (hubby) won't move out of the family home. I am "separated" because my ex sleeps in a separate room and we do our own thing. I'm "single" because I have no one to share my life with and I'm looking for someone. Yep... it's definitely complicated !!! Hugs, Miss Saturn

Definitely should be an its complicated category. I'm married but we choose to stay so for family and financial reasons. We are friends and get on well. At Easter and Christmas there is only one house to visit, if we're the hosts. We visit as a couple for family get togethers. It suited us to remain as a"nuclear family". Our sons have since moved out but we see no need to change the status quo. We also now have a beautiful little 22mo grand daughter. We can live like this others can'. Its not easy all the time but we survive.

I am not divorced yet. It's been eight years now. It easier to say that I'm single as when you say separated it means "newly separated". Just never got around to do all the nasty stuff and paperwork. Fab
