well this one is unfair....cause i dont have a sense of smell so iv never smelt a man ever...but i could just imagine if they smell as good as they look sometimes mmmmm i know it must be good scent is a wonderful thing...so my friends tell me lol.... i always try and ask who ever im meeting if they have a favourite scent and ill try and make sure i am wearing their favourite smell when we get together...it makes them feel special but my friends hate it cause i drag them round the shops smelling everything trying to find the perfect one hahaha roxxy xxx

connected to limbic part of the brain...(as humans, our most primative sense) It is now medically proven that the contraceptive pill is highly likely to be a very high cause of divorce. The pill in many cases can alter a females sense of smell. For instance, the females genetic code may be AB. Her primative part of the brain - the lymbic system- will be verrrry attracted to a mans pheremones with a genetic print of CD. So any offspring would carry a full set of compatable genes...AB/CD The male and female would live in wonderful smelly bliss and produce healthy kiddies. BUT....with event of the pill and sexual liberation for women has produced many false scents for women!!! These days....women on the pill....out having fun in the nightclubs and rhp....smell a man...mmmmm they are attracted to that man,....they indulge in sensual pleasures, they marry (or dont), have a cute little kiddie... she has been off the pill for a few months now (at least 9).... She wakes up one morning and PHEW !! she cannot stand the smell of the man next to her!!! She cannot bear to share a bed or a life with this new offensive smelly man. She is now "smelling " him clearly for the first time! Her limbic system is telling her, his genetic make up is AB not CD as her on the pill nose told her! She ponders on why she doesnt love her man anymore as she takes the cute kiddie to the Dr. yet again for excema, asthma, ect........never knowing why. They divorce. They join rhp seperately. She is back on the pill oooops....the cycle starts again! The morale of this little story......hate to say it girls...when you meet a man and you think he is "The One" go off the pill and use condoms for a few months and see if you still like the smell of him! Roxxy.....dont despair....your olfactory nerves ( sense of smell)...may not be working 100%, but apparently, the limbic system still works!!!!! Yaaaaaa.....your nose should still lead you to the right smelly guys for you. On a lighter rhp note......I go weak at the knees at the scent of a man... especially when there is a hint of Zenga (Yves StLaurent)..mixed in....mmmmmm I seem to smell him on me for days. intrigued & curious

The scent of a woman is something I love. Not being in a relationship for now my longest time since I was 19 that smell and closeness is something that I miss the most. (time to invent blow up doll that doesn't smell like a nail salon. :)

I must say I have walked past a handsome/hot guy in the supermarket and smelt him. I have also found them in the school yard (dads), mall, library and at work, many places. Their scent is not always natural, as in a sweet cologne or alluring deodorant .............it's all marketing now. But these scents do send a girls mind wandering! A natural scent that you would find on a man, would be body odour, and normally that is not good! What I luv about a man is taste...........no not his wanga! When kissing a man they have a taste, as his excitement rises they have a different taste...........as this excitement spirals the tastes you experience changes dramatically. The body taste of a man when when kissing him is always different, when kissing his chest and torso, you may find it to be natural, maybe even sweet and as the time and excitement moves on it becomes salty, raunchy, and just down right edible! My man asks me not to wear perfume, he doesn't like the taste of it, he prefers just me. So I guess it comes down to taste! latte xxx

OH Taipan weirdo you are not! I love when the scent of a woman shanghais my senses completely to the point of turning my direction mid-stride to glide on the trail of her scent dragging my toes behind me as i float in pursuit of nirvana. Or so it happens in my mind for a moment... But yes, a beautiful smell is one of the most important initial attraction factors for me. Not a heavy thick purfume... but a light fresh scent, and healthy natural flavors that tease the nose and give hunger to the tongue Yum yum yum.....Nomad is leaving in search a beautiful woman with only his nose... hehe

Absolutely facinating - and another subject to ponder in my mind as it stretches laterally :-) I remember the scent of my first boyfriend like it was yesterday - I maybe on an escalator and someone will walk by with the same cologne and instant memories come rushing back...I was truly in love with him. Onebrightstar your making me reflect now..My first girlfriend used and Yves Stlaurent in a blue bottle..I thought it was such a beautiful woman smell..And of course almost every girlfriend since i would buy a supply !! Dont you just love the smell on your pillow the next night when you go to bed, their smell is still there..You could eat them up again xx

I really dislike most men's aftershaves and body sprays like Lynx. It doesn't help that some guys seem to use them as bathing tools... scents are meant to be smelled by your lover, those closest to you, not someone 7 seats back on the bus! (Same goes with perfume too - urgh).Sometimes I feel quite primal...the urge to sniff chest hair and rub my face in it, the urges I get to bite the back of a nice smelling neck, wanting to bury my face in the armpit of a lover who has just gotten home on a hot humid day...ohh Sweetie, my first boyfriend has sweet smelling breath too... it would be like that when he was aroused... every now and then I'll be talking to someone random, eg a work colleague and they'll smell the same and it makes me go a bit goey.

Have you ever noticed somes ones head tilt back ever so slightly.... and the almost imperceivable flare of their nostrils? It is sooooo subtle.....mmmmmm If they keep talking with you...wooohooooo If they walk away, thank your/their nose. Have you noticed how great a perfume or after shave on one person can smell to you, absolute bliss, yet the same perfume or aftershave on another person can smell repellant? Once again, everybodys unique pheremones react with the man made fragrance and effects the way our nose and body responds on such a subconcious level. Who remembers the cartoon skunk..."pepe le pew"....floating along on the wafting aroma of his love, the pussy cat. lol intrigued & curious ~~~wandering off in search of a head snapping, nostril flaring, aromatic man........mmmmm thanks Taipan for the post and allowing me to indulge in my blissful odourific passion.

Smell is supposedly the most evocative of our senses. Remembered childhood smells are reputed to linger longer than any other memories. I love the natural smell of a woman. The smell of a woman lingering on my clothes or beard hours after an encounter is enough to make me horny all over again. Also a woman I once had a dalliance with claimed she could smell the difference in my smell when I was turned on. Seemed to be true because when I was around her I used to get turned which in turn used to set her off and make her horny. A win win situation. While subtle scents and perfumes are alright, personally I find most deodorants and perfumes offensive to my nose. And ladies the sexiest perfume you can wear for a night out with a lover is to dip a finger in your pussy and rub it behind yours ears. Works a treat I'm told. ohhh....I have been stopped dead in my tracks by an aroma...usually something earthy...sandalwood and vanilla...and often make comment to the wearer...whether male or female...telling them they smell fantastic.I love the smell of a mans crotch...that musky, slightly sweaty, manly smell...mmmm.I also love the smell of a woman...that saltwater, slightly sweet, slightly tart smell...mmmm.I don't wear perfume because of allergies...but I have made my own signature oil scent.Those who know me well know me by that scent...gotta love that hey??JMO...BJxxx

Its really funny, I don't know why. Everyone always goes on about oooooh poooooh sweaty stinky BO yuk yuk. But every girl I have been with has been bonkers for my pits... They don't get it, I don't get it, but I think they smell like um, certain herbs growing. Always love the smell of a woman, except for the last one, a ballerina, who's armpits smell like footy socks after training. I just love the smell of fresh, clean man sweat. What I mean is, when he has just showered then works up a sweat. Yummmmm. As for men's fragrances Joop Homme really does it for me. (Mental note: buy my man some Joop for his birthday!) Cool Water has a nice aroma too but there should be a law against Old Spice and Brut!!!

theres a difference between that "worked hard all day" smell...and the "couldnt be fucked having a shower this week" smell...yanno?? Gimme the "worked" smell...mmm...yum.Actually...let me undress him....revel in his scent....then get him into a shower...and wash him clean all over...getting into all those lovely nooks and crannies....with something vanilla or coconut scented....that would be nice...Then while he's still damp...he can lay me on the bed...jump on top of me and try to rub the aroma onto me...lol!fuck....im in a toey mood today....wonder who started it??BJxxx

I definitely agree with Polar Bear’s comment about too much perfume or deodorant, made me laugh as I remembered one girl who I swear must have used her perfume in the bath instead of water. End result, made my eyes water! Lovman also has some good stuff. Having learnt a little about memory and how it works, the sense of smell is the most evocative of memories. Research has proven it, so that’s why a small whiff of something can send you instantly back years and years. Not sure about his perfuming suggestion, but considering how much I love oral, the taste and smell of a woman, he may well have it right. As far as I know I haven’t met a woman that has tried it lol. MissBJ I think has hit the nail on the head, mmmmm that saltwater, slightly sweet, slightly tart scent. Could be the PERFECT description J Hmmmmm I haven’t actually said much in this post, just commented on others’ comments. As for me?
