redhotpie.com.au Car Sticker

March 10 2011

I'm curious.... do you tell you friends/family that you use an online dating site (hehehehe) and would you go a step further and put a . www.redhotpie.com.au . car sticker on your car advertising the fact that you are a member of this site regardless if your straight/bi/gay or swing etc, etc?!! . Is RHP your dirty little secret cyber life that leads to sexual encounters so you don't tell anyone? Or would you be happy to say to colleagues/friends/family that its a site you frequent as a dating site?? . Me? I live in a small town so there's no way I would as my identity wouldn't be secret for long!! . Also, would you actually put your addy on it so you were constantly 'advertising' yourself?? eg: www.redhotpie.com.au/baygirl2315 . I suppose it would depend on the car you drive perhaps....

RHP is definitely my naughty little secret, or my 'other' life. Similar to you living in a small town, my employment is very very professional and also highly regulated. Unfortunately something unrelated like this could possibly destroy me. As to a car sticker - it depends on what car you drive and how much RHP pay you...

I would love to have the sticker on my car (would be my one and only sticker, so it would definately stand out lol). I would choose the redhotpie.com.au/xFunlovingx one as you never know who is driving behind you! xFunlovingx

Our closest IRL friends know. NO I wouldn't put a sticker on our car.Whilst Im happy for our close friends to know, I'm not too sure that the P& C parents of kids and the broader community need to know. Can just imagine trying to fob off questions from kids "what's a redhotpie?" " Can we go to the shops and get one?"..." Will it really burn my tongue?"....Think we'll save it for the sexy singles on here to advertise the joint.

Quoting '5quirt_King_Pro' RHP is definitely my naughty little secret, or my 'other' life. my employment is very very professional and also highly regulated. Unfortunately something unrelated like this could possibly destroy me. Im recognised enough in the shopping centres and stoped by all and sundary, and asked questions by people regarding thier health issues (i work in medical) ..My work is extreemly professional ... .. so having that advertised would not be a good idea ..

I have a work car so clock up plenty of kms, they seem kinda wasted though because all the people I overtake don't know to honk twice to let me know they want me to pull into the next rest area. Sign me up! Wonder what the boss and IT would make of it when everyone is logging on at work to find out what it is though.

Of course I tell my family...well female members anyway. Some of the males are a bit of a prude. As for a bumper sticker. I would have no problems sticking one on the car. Not with my name though.... as Funloving said...you never know who is driving behind you.

Like many others on here, I prefer to keep my business life and private life separate - even though some of my clients are cute couples :) I am actually working on some designs for jewelery that could be worn to identify preferences etc if you are out at a vanilla bar etc A t least that way you choose what situations you are 'advertising' your preferences - rather than telling the whole school or church (not that either of those apply to me!)Brad

You know the window plackards, 'Baby on board' and such, You could adapt your own little plackard out of red cardbord with the words 'Hot Pie' only. Someone is bound to get it? maybe as they rear-end you in the process. . My plackard would read: 'Nobody on Board'

There are other ways to identify yourself and your preferences - of course that's why there are social sites as well as the main RHPsite. Maybe soon you'll see apps on smart phones and I've also read about wireless pendants you can make to connect people - like you get one in a bar and "set it" for your prefs and it beeps when you get close to a suitable person - or it lits up - hey a great business idea to take up ;-)But for most of us rhp is kept discreet - but we'd love to advertise to like-minded people so it would be good if it was only visible to them :-)

I notice there is no reference to what kind of pie we are members of? Definately not a cold custard pie but likely a hot apple pie like in the movie 'American Pie'. Could even be a Jesters 'Blueberry Tongue-Lash' (blueberry kiss) coz they're so hot when you buy one, you risk 3rd degree burns. . Interesting to see how many people are unwilling to let people know they frequent this site. It needs to be kept secret because why? Consider that if they recognise the site and the nature of RHP, then they familiar with it and also maybe a perticipant or member even. If you get asked "So, what's this redhotpie sticker mean?" one can assume they are not familiar with it. And then you can say "Oh, Jesters Pies gave me that to stick on the car...have you tried one yet?" . Being on RHP is not a handicap or there would be car-bays everywhere sign-posted "Valid RHP sticker to be displayed"
