Block them and send them a message asking them to stop if you find it creepy..I have only done this once and the person did stop...or just block them and don't worry about it hugs xxFreya

What do you think you should do? I'm not looking to meet anyone, and I say so in my profile, so if someone keeps looking, good for them! If you are interested in someone who keeps looking at your profile, send them a flirt and see where it leads. If you are not interested, don't do anything. No harm in someone looking, is there?

Maybe they are just too shy or nervous to initiate contact (or are a guest and think it would be pointless to send a flirt). Checking your profile so often they may hope that you will contact them. That first contact is always the hardest, trying to create something to grab their interest, if they can convince you to message them, they already had a foot in the door! Seems unlikely it would work to me. Could be they are just enjoying your photos. Or maybe they just view everyone their search comes up with and don't remember names enough to skip them. It is easy enough for mean living in a regional area, a search in 100km will only return less than a page of ladies who have been online in the last few days. I recognise most of their names but occasionally look at profiles to refresh my memory why they are not a potential match.

you could block them if they keep looking at your profile without ever messaging and it starts creeping you out at all. Maybe they just like looking at your profile though without you having a profile pic up online I am going to guess they are thinking in a bizarre and not so good almost stalkery kind of way "if I look at the profile enough she has to know I'm keen and send/reply to a message". I log on and all my regular visitors pop in for a visit to my profile one after the other lol it's quite amusing really 😊 they aren't hurting anyone, I do wonder if they are getting me sticky in their imaginations though haha. If you like the look of them and their profile, send a message or a flirt. Poor boys in here are hard up being ignored or blocked a lot of the time 😞 or so I hear 😉

I don't understand why someone would look at a grey ghost profile? There is nothing to look at.... unless you have given them access to your gallery and they are going to have a look to wank over your photos? Maybe this guy is looking for women in his area and he is just clicking past your profile as he searches. So it looks like he is looking at your profile but he really isn't. It's just a click of a button to go past you.

If you put a profile up on a dating site you will be looked at hundreds of times and sometimes by the same guys. I take it as a compliment. If it is worrying you that much, just block him?

I have my set of loyal stalkers.. What to do? Do nothing... Dont worry. Your profile, with a pic or grey ghost, is in public domain and free to see, unless you bring your profile down. You are doing them a favour. Some sort of community service as you get these men off their rockers when they are at home. After 1 minute of perving on your beautiful grey ghost with flowing mane, they get off. They tuck their work shirt int and leave home for work happy. Less agro in the workplace, more productive little oompha loomphas. everybody's happy. If it does not suit you, block, block and block. good luck!!

I find sometimes when I am checking out someones profile on my mobile that if i hit back button it closes so by the time i check them out enough to actually send them a msg ive actually looked at there profile a few times. - Posted from rhpmobile

I have a few of those..1 in particular who keeps looking at my profile ALOT and when I go to his page I can't access it because his profile is "temp unavailable" so I can't view his profile, send him a message or even block him!. It annoys the crap out of me because if he can see mine.....why am I not allowed to see his??

I know I might view some a few times in a session but that's because my fingers are too big and pressing those right buttons can be a problem sometimes.

It annoys the crap out of me because if he can see mine.....why am I not allowed to see his?? As per Red's comment. He blocked you. So block him. go to your Block List (under the My List heading), select Block a User and then type his name in, submit and Voila!!!. Saves you the grief. Now you both can't see each other. Equal opportunity blocking. Hope that helps.

Go to your blocked list and you can manually add a profile by typing in the profile name. This is the way to block people even tho you don't have access to their profile.

If your profile is visible then what is the big deal ? If they repeatedly contact you without you replying then yep I understand It would be annoying but just looking at your profile is no cause for alarm in my book.

OK... so you find the looking repeatedly is a little odd. BUT..... you have chosen to have a profile on a public website so you are prepared to accept that any and all can view it as often as they wish. DG

actually looks at that?? If I'm logged on my laptop I can if see people are looking in the 'real-time info' box up the top, but I don't actually check out who's been looking at me otherwise. Maybe stop checking if it worries you?

I thought I read in another thread, that people who log on the phone, when they scroll through profiles, it registers as a profile view - even if they were not necessarily looking intently at you. So maybe they're just spending too much time scrolling on their phone?

I really haven't seen anyone laugh at you for the way you write, the comments have mostly been that being gawked at is to be expected on a public dating site, and you can easily do something about it. You'll never know why RHP members do what they do unless you ask them, and if they block you then they really weren't worth asking anyway.

i dont see what you mean when you say people are laughing at you. Which comments are you referring to? Dont be too sensitive about things or take things to heart as the forum may do your head in. Keep a sense of humour in the forum as it is the only way to survive here. And nice pics too. Can't blame him for looking in.
