  In people/the picture magazine lol so it must be true :p That there was a guy who had such surgery and something went wrong, and he ended up actually smaller then before the op. I think he was in the uk. I've never been big on plastic surgery for self esteem related issues. But each to their own. - Posted from rhpmobile

  a few years back a radio station in Melbourne interviewed a guy that had this operation, he even gave his name. We figured it would have been great advertising, imagine how many women would want a look and maybe a try, lol.   He said that they cut a tendon above his penis that allowed it to extend another 2 " and they cut the side open and added fat from his thigh to thicken it.   And I thought women went through a lot in the name of vanity.

  j is currently 6 inches long ie from a visual point of view 1 and half times the size of a toilet role and 4.75 inches around ie just fits in a toilet roll.   if enlargement operation could add 2 inches that would be good ie would then be 2 x toilet rolls in length and add 1.25 inches around then would be definately wider than a toilet roll

  A couple of years ago a good friend of mine met a guy on here. All was going well for the first month or so then he started badgering her about getting a boob job. Now this lady had perfect C cups, at although she was in her mid 40's, gravity hadn't won the battle. But he was insistent that she needed at least DD's. Anyway she called me up, she always valued my thoughts and knew I would be able to help.   After I finished fluctuating between laughing at the absurdity of the guy's request and anger that he even suggested it, I came up with the ideal comeback. Next time she saw him and he started on the boob job request again, she ever so politely told him that she would get a boob job when he got a penis enlargement.   She never heard from him again ......
