These days is a size 14-16. 80+ kilos on a 5'4” frame may be a little outside of average. Perhapd those ladies object to classing themselves as 'ample' or with 'extra padding'. If size is an issue for you perhaps you could ask for a full body shot, or clearly state that you have a preference for ladies under a size 12. You could be missing out on the time of your life though! 'average' women can be super sexy too and can certainly rock it in the bedroom!

thats a good post , I think I am average for my age , I'm not what I used to be , I do try to keep as slim as possible and eat the right things , but its all in the eye of the beholder , I think its a matter of being honest with ones self and honest with otrhers when describing yourself to others , and of course using current pictures etc

Yep this subject has been broached a hundred times and been done to death….but the RHP mods have let it thru so let’s address it……yes the stats that you describe are just a little and I emphasise a little outside of average…note…Australia and indeed most of the Western World is currently experiencing an obesity crisis irrespective of gendeer……kinda ironic seeing most of the 3rd world countries are still experiencing and suffering from unacceptable levels of starvation in the 21st cenutry….I wonder what It must be like to not know where your next meal is coming from and that your biggest issue of the day is how you are going to feed your family …… ….it’s all kinda screwed up and sad…isn’t it ? People are overweight for many reasons…genetic disposition, medical conditions including mental illness, medical treatments and the side effects of prescription drugs, and yep also due to plain old too many calories in and not enough exertion out, to balance….…plain and simple…but we live in a society where many are judged purely by the way we look, especially on a site like this… ..It is what it is….I like to think that in today’s age…personality and a person general disposition counts for something..rarely does it…yes we are nothing unless we are a size 10 with a small ass and big tits….so as my good friend Freya says, ask for recent photos , if the ladies in question aren’t forth coming with your request …then move on…..but as the gorgeous Madam Purr says…average/ample ladies rock in the bedroom…but I guess you will never ever really know will you ??

The stats were published only about 4 weeks ago by a Government authority in Australia about how we are getting larger. I'm only stating the facts. The survey was done by 30000 Australians and they came up with this average: Female.....162cm tall....71.1 kilos in weight. Bare in mind this doesn't have anything to do with muscle to fat ratio or fitness it is just pure height and mass average.

Then you can be specific about what you are looking for - expand on the personal criteria, check the Slim, Thin, Athletic boxes, check the box at the bottom that says "with photos" and go from there...then you will not have to be looking at the Average women on here....and maybe, update your profile as for "looks" for you, the male, it states "see my photo"...unless that is you in your bathing suit...

But amongst the many men out there that I've spoken to about this most, if not all, prefer a girl with a bit of meat on their bones. The unhealthy fashion of stick figure models in the magazines or on tv is so far removed from reality. As long as a girl is confident enough in her own skin, size is irrelevant IMHO.

I too get a little jacked off regarding the whole Athletic, Average, little more padding blah blah blah. It is definitely both of the sexes that are sometimes ticking the wrong box (tad misleading information). I have not long ago been on a date with a male and his profile was athletic he seemed in his pics (obviously not lower than his chest, silly me) to be somewhat well built from all of his gym training , but alas I got there and obviously if these pictures were current, he has been on a diet of Coke, Icecream, Chocolate and Muscle Mass Protein shakes solidly for a month! I have in my profile been honest not only with my size (average), but also my age. I find it a real turn off that people cant be honest and upfront. I have not got the Elle McPherson body of sin but I am happy to say that I am average and feel it is unnecessary to try and bullshit someone. If someone is after my bodyshape then there is no issue when it comes to meeting up and I have not mislead them in anyway Thats my 2c worth Cheekybi

But it's ok, I've always been completely honest on my profile as to my physical appearance, so no dramas.You are gauging your wife against the average Australian woman perhaps? I am in no way being racist, but Asian woman are smaller all round, so that may be a bit unfair. Do you find a 5'4" 80kg woman unattractive? It really shouldn't be a problem, move on to a smaller size.Evolution has not stopped, and nature has made our bodies to store fat for the lean times, however as stated by those above me, we are not working hard enough to burn what calories go into our bodies. Bad thing for our times now, good thing when we needed to survive a harsh winter in a cave.Speaking just from what I observe every day in our office, if I were a man, I would prefer a curvy "average" lady. There are several girls at work who if they ate a real sandwich, would look pregnant. There are not enough options !!! I'm 72 kilos , 5'10 , curvy as all hell , NOT athletic , not thin , but size 10-12 and no extra padding or ample !?? They need a few extra options , average is broad and I think weight snobbery from men is a whole other topic :/ Look at the pics , turn you on or not ? Also, average can be accepted as a range whereas mean or median is more specific. I like to suggest that, should you stand in a busy shopping mall and look around at the other people in or around your age group, if there are roughly as many people heavier than you as there are those lighter than you, you're average. Is there really a need to have a person state, "I'm fatter than average"? Can't you decide for yourself, by looking at their pictures, whether you find their build attractive or not? I really loathe this topic. Although, on the plus side, it always exposes the shallow people so we can avoid them.

Weight like age is a number!!! I'm 5ft nothing with a big bum, my hubby is proportioned really well! But if you connect well if someone mentally then most, not all ppl will be attracted to you regardless of weight or build! There are so many magazines etc out there always telling us we should be exercising, eating this or not that! Maybe there should be more stories on how to except yourself n others!

Its what makes us who we are, Human. Defination of average. What is average? What you want is not what i want. It is the mind that endures, a mental connection. You complain that 80kg & 5'4" is not average. Is it who they are that is important. You have a choice who you meet, do your homework. But please don't to a degree belittle women who don't fit your image.

As a person who enjoys fitness, i think to many concentrate on the number instead of how you feel and look. The number can mean nothing if your muscle to fat ratio is all over the place. Focus more on height to weight and body proportion ratios.

I think which ever way you go, someone says they are average in body size and are larger they may well be very average in the circle of friends they keep so therefore, honestly consider themself in the average category. I truely think unless your going to be specific before meeting someone, and YOU ask the right questions, then dont complain about a profile not being correct to begin with. If its not size, its going to be height, or even men saying they are 7-8 inches and thick to find he is 4 inches and a pencil dick! it is the internet so if your going to hook up with someone, then you need to really be more specific in what you say you want in your profile, and ask prospective play partners those horrible questions. Yes its horrible to say, oh btw what size clothes do you wear? is your cock really 8 inches, Do you really have DD size breasts... The person who has made the profile has a perception of how they see themselves, and those viewing it will have a different perception. Thats life. I am up front and honest and when talking to someone new if they are making conversation of actual interest in hooking up, one of the very first things I mention is I am a BBW. I personally dont care if they say not for me, dont like curves, want a woman no larger than a size 12, thats fine, I truely expect honesty. I dont like my time wasted and certainly will be if a guy says he dont like curves or women with extra curves.
