Sure you can flirt back and if his partner gets stroppy then she really does not understand his line of work.   This is tricky. There is absolutly nothing wrong with a little harmless flirtation providing that the both of you know nothing more is gonna happen. I guess it comes under the topic I posted months ago about when does cheating become cheating? The general consensus was when you are doing something that your partner wouldnt like. Would you flirt like that if his partner was standing next to him? Personally, I think it is fine as you know, and asuming he knows, it is not going any further. It makes a girl feel good, sexy, desireable and no doubt it makes him feel the same way. Flirt all you like JMO.

  Like Fee said, as long as he understands thats all it is. Though because this goes on every time you see each other, I would be betting he is angling for more.Don't forget, sooner or later you can bet that the flirting will get back to his partner, and by then with word of mouth being what it is, she will be hearing that you guys are having an affair, be prepared for the fallout.Cheers Nev

  im a natual flirt, i flirt with everyone lol but when they are married you need to be careful they dont take it the wrong way you dont want the wife getting the wrong idea...sometimes it gets a bit tricky i use to flirt with a good friends husband all the time...but she was always there and she knew for a fact id never touch him, because he was married but like was said...if it wouldnt be done with the other half around , dont do it roxxy

  I have been a bartender for over 10 years in bars and flirting with the customers is all part of the job, you may not be the only girl he is flirting with but in saying that mine was never taken past a flirt or 5 and a free drink here or there. As long as its all fun and no one is getting hurt then go for it and enjoy the fun of it Mr BnB

  That says it all. Quoting 'fionabee' Would you flirt like that if his partner was standing next to him?I totally agree with that comment. I personally don't think that he should be flirting with you either, so it may be a good idea to give each other some distance.

There are probably 20 other girls out there who ask themselves the same question... that's 21 girls each drawing in 3 guys... and he's got himself a good crowd already.   haha be careful of bouncers they are all sleazy hence why alot of bouncers become bouncer to hit on girls and to pick up ;pme personally I wouldn't give them the time of day unless I know them outside of there work
