I don't really know too much about this, but in thinking over your questions, I'd have to say to ask ALOT of questions of your surgeon, perhaps with the vagina you may want to ask if one type is more difficult to 'build'? Are there any statistics on previous work in this area as to sensitivity in one vagina as to another? Perhaps the easiest to construct vagina might be the safest choice, not really sure, but just make sure you ask anything and everything that you want to, and don't go into it until all of your questions are answered. As for the boobs, see what the hormones do first - obviously the less surgery you get the better - then take further action if you are not pleased. Best wishes with everything xx

The Mr and I watched a documentary on breast implants and the complication rate was enormous... Infection, leakage, numbness, lumpiness, tearing, the list was endless. That being said the women all said once it was done and the swelling had gone down that they'd all wished they'd gone larger. Like Saskia said see what you get with just the hormones and go from there. Check the surgeon's complication statistics and compare that to the national average. Talk to more than one surgeon. As for an innie or an outie? there is a thread on here that asked what was preferred...

I'm no expert but I suggest if your sure about the operation and trust your surgeon let him construct the most natural vagina he can given what he has to work with and then be proud of it and truly enjoy having it. And for the breasts b cup sounds fine and again if you accept and love your breasts and are proud of them they will serve you well and bring much pleasure to you and your lovers Good luck

my former housemate is a similar age to you and she had surgery in N.Z about ten years ago.It did not go well and even now she still has ongoing health problems. Please choose your surgeon carefully. As to your breasts,I am with saskia on this, try natural with hormones first and then if you are not happy with the look then have surgery,as I am sure you already know, any surgery is a risk. My friend is very happy and has been in a relationship with a woman for a number of years now and they are very happy. I wish you health and happiness Catherine and I hope everything goes wellx Hugs H

I love red hot pie. Where people like Krissy who have been through it can openly talk about it and help another person going through a life change. very generous of you Krissy to share what you have been through. And the non judgmental support of men and woman on this site on may other important issues.

Thats totally awesome! Let me know which hospital you're going to be in and I'll come visit you. I'd say don't worry about an innie or an outie - its gonna be YOUR vagina so it'll be perfect. Wait for the boobs - see what you can do naturally first. Are you keeping the piercings for now? That deep one might be difficult when they grow more...

Firstly Catherine, you're looking pretty hot already...and I fully support and encourage you in your venture My only advice is that any surgery you are contemplating, consider having it done here in Australia - yes I know how tempting it is to pop off to Thailand etc to have it done being cheaper etc, and perhaps the results will be exactly what you want but my concern will always be, the post op level of care and hygiene of the Asian hospitals. Ive worked in a hospital in Bangkok and the standards there are of a worry....life is cheap and it is sadly reflected in the standard and duty of care...I just really encourage you to save just that little bit longer and harder and have your surgery performed here, if there are any issues...your home and your safe and of course more convenient for your post op checkups 6 months down the track.... etc I do have a horror story of a g/f who had her breasts done in Bangkok, approx a year ago...she had lovely breasts but wanted them larger...surgery went fine, post op fine no problems until about 4 months down the track where she was experieicng seeping thru a small wound, being infected pus and excurciating pain just under her left rib cage...qucik trip to Charlies to discover a scapel head had been left the small "socket" of her natural breast and implant...she has since had both implants removed...not saying that wouldn't happen here but here we only have to mention two words... LAW SUIT.. Please make sure you research thoroughly on all aspects most iimportantly the surgeons reuptation... (which Im sure you are doing ) and more importantly take care of you !!! I wish you all the best xx

just be happy with a body that functions properly & works. Why alter something that is perfect?! Seems a bit daft to me
