Hi Sammi and luvnyas I would have loved to been at the beach today, woud have been really nice to have stopped, had a chat and say hi, have a swim, soak up some sun together, but alas I wasn't there How was it ? Not too windy I hope ? Many people there ? I am possible going tomorrow (Saturday) for the day and also Monday for the day If you there then, please don't be shy, come and say "HI" - I am fairly laid back easy talk to / with and not pushy I will probably have a predominantly blue (and striped) umbrella Nice to meet fellow RHPers socially with NO expectations apart from being polite and friendly Take care Stu

Oppps I forgot to answer your question ! If you head left from the beach it's more popular with regulars, don't go to far along the beach as it does become heavily inundated with gay males - unless that's your thing If you head right from the carpark, its just as nice, a few rocks in the water but have seen the odd family head in that direction along with newbies (some who don't look like they have even seen a beach before as they are Lilly white lol) When you find a spot set yourselves up, then take a walk in each direction and get a feel for the beach It's a truly lovely part of the country, enjoy xx

Quoting 'frannaman'Meant is a bit special especially after he works away so long I really dont want to meet other rhprs there not to be rude but enjoy relaxing not there to chat :) we do the same...its 'time out'....no kids, no work, no phones......nothing to interrupt us enjoying each others company. the beach tends to change with every tide and moreso with every storm, but its still lovely..we usually turn left where the path joins the beach...and walk a couple of hundred metres.....and try to avoid the rocks under the surf.....
