  I have been wondering the same thing as you justwingit as my partner and I live in central QLD. Doesn't seem to be a lot of adventurous people/women out here and I don't think there are any parties. Would be a bit nervous going to a party in a rural area - confidentiality etc. Seems like the parties are better in city areas? Let me know how you go with getting out and about/meeting people :) Cheers.
