the cat ,has always been the purrfect role model for me.Her louche,devil may care attitude to her non-owners and her various shady liasons is a revelation.Her devoted friend and bographer Archie the cockroach ...a reincarnation of the Roman poet Ovid ...was in awe of her adventurous but somewhat careless spirit. Mehitabel could never be tamed,no matter how much people thought they had domesticated her,she would only allow the strokings when it suited. they tend to not keep their cat where it belongs...inside the house at all times. I like cats , but my dog likes them a bit to much, he thinks they taste good

I think cat lovers like cats because they are cold ass creatures that don't need humans (hey, my cat is old but managed to catch a gecko to eat when I forgot to fill her food bowl one morning).As such, cat lovers aim to please and are grateful for what little reward they may get.Am I on to something? :D
