blowing a fuse

I get what you mean but I try very, very hard not to blow a fuse. I used to stress myself out over flame wars back in the days of Yahoo chat and the like and it's not worth it.At the moment, if it's clear a guy hasn't read my profile properly they get a standard template response after which they can try again if they read my profile and work out if we're a match.Flirts are another matter sadly. I don't really pay too much attention to them other than to respond to the ones that match what I am seeking in a general way and letting the non-matching people know I am not interested. I do note that some guys (probably guest guys) just keep at you with flirts regardless of how you respond. That is totally annoying and usually gets them blocked.

I am often intrigued by guys from other states who send flirts and messages. It no longer matters where they come from I now treat them all the same. If they send a respectful message or flirt and have read my profile I reply in kind. Anything else and they become fair game. For instance -message: You up for friends with benefits?reply: You up for reading profiles?

I think you'll find, aside from the ignorant cases where you have clearly indicated you don't want to be contacted under those conditions, it's because guys don't get that many messages, while you ladies are virtually swimming in 'em. We'll see someone we like and think "hey, they're hot, wouldn't it be nice if they thought I was hot too?", clicking away. It's probably more for validation than anything else (not Validations), with the added hope that, if I'm heading over there at some stage, or they're heading over here, something* could come of it. I think to an extent gents think getting a flirt or a message is a pretty good thing, while some ladies carry on like it's a total burden.I agree with you in both cases though, Red and Minxy - excessive contact, or not getting the hint IS cause for annoyance.*Someone

Have you been reading my mail? I just received "Hi, your pics look gorgeous, would you like to hook up"? "Ummm have you read my profile?"

I don't understand why people get so worked up over this? Newsflash : Most men will not read your profile! I don't let that bother me, would be a bit hypercritical of me to be honest because I don't really read theirs either. Seriously ladies just move on, all this anger will shorten your life span! Why get worked up over complete strangers? I couldn't give a fuck.... Clearly. :p

But I had only just changed my profile to make sure I was very clear. I was pretty rude in my message and also very very clear , and if I could have had my finger up in a salute I would have I do not waste my energy to or get cross that much, hey I have not watched TV for two months nor read a paper, lovely way to enjoy life and stay ignorant at the same time. but bless him a few hours latter here we go "hi, am being forward but can only be knocked back! looking for new friends..I to paint sketch, write etc. ..if you chat on line would you add me?? (this is after I told him I do not chat on line) here is my mail address @yahoo.com.au thanks for reading this, refusal does not offend..regards Joe wtf. I feel really bad I was so mean , no really

...can be such a pain in the butt. I get them all the time (*he lied with a cheeky grin*) but don't get a sweaty butt over any of them. I just assume they haven't read my profile...just looked at the pictures, so no harm no foul. Now the alternative would be if no one even contacted you...ever. Hear that echo...or is that the hum of a Lelo or Hitachi on high I hear in the background? Damn here's a real pisser...why don't they get off their woman loving ass and make some cool toys for us little boys to play with too? | Of course, my answer might be different than what you gracious ladies have to say...but ohhhhhhhhhh well. | I am but a mere mortal male. So seriously...has "man bashing" become the latest fashion accessory here or is it now virulently spreading into the streets? | I did notice one recently that was so damn long that by the time I even thought about the pictures I was in a coma. Oh well, one helluva a hot little number...pity about the iPhone cam pics though. Like tagging a Monet with a can of liquid dust. | Ya know ya wanna.....so,say it.

When it comes to people contacting me (regardless of whether they are what I'm looking for or not), I can't bring myself to be rude about it. I can cite an example the other day. I received a message from a gentleman when said"hey mate, was just reading your post in the 'yet to orgasm during sex' topic on jan 30 and thought we should follow up on the 'i wish i found blokes attractive'... we get that you don't ... BUT reckon you should try a threesome with us... it will all be about the mechanics... let us know if ya game. cheers"To which I responded - "I'm sorry to say that I'm not game mate. I've had a whole lot of threesomes with mf couples and I'm just really not interested in guys at all. All of my closest friends are gay so I can promise you I've had ample opportunities to experiment...:-("

where there's a fucking hilarious section that you can post the dumbass messages you get and your smartass replies ~ something that would definitely not be suitable for a 'nice' site like RHP ~ there's a heavily imposed rule that we don't judge whether the sender's message was actually worthy of the virtual slapping you gave them. It's definitely not nice but fucking funny. Unfortunately your message could not be delivered for the following reasons:< > Age< > Asking for phone/IM/sex in initial message< > Awesomeness*< > Cock shot or No picture< > Could not read/understand sender's message< > Distance< > Idiocy/Asshattery/Douchebaggery/Shadiness/Rudeness/Creepiness< > Kinks don't match up< > Lack of content in initial message< > Recipient's lack of interest in persons of your relationship status< > Little or no content in sender's profile< > Misleading subject line< > Recipient is part of a couple NOT looking to play alone< > Recipient NOT looking for online-only encounters< > Recipient looking for friends only< > Repeat offender: check the message history < > Sender did not read/comprehend recipient's profile< > Spelling/Grammar/Punctuation/Textspeak/Run on sentences< > Suspected Copy/Paste< > Unwarranted fantasy story< > Wall of textSorry for the inconvenience. Feel free to try again when you decide to put forth more effort. *The likelihood of this is extremely rare, and if unchecked, does not apply to you.

It'd be lovely if the non-matching filters in messages and flirts would also filter for distance. I realise it'd probably be tricky to code it so that people who've registered a trip to the area get thru but surely if anyone could manage it the talented sexy RHP gods can.

About MeWhat can I say about me, I'm a guy interested in smashing hot older women. I'm a little bit shy hope I can find that kind of woman over here. I am Looking For I'm looking for a smashing hot older lady (age between 35 and 65). Hope she can show me the joys of sex. ( I do get hot under the collar sometimes, does that count?) now stalky, this is my argument for the young ones having a problem here. this poor kid is going to find it hard to get his end wet. Midnigh:t I am not man bashing at all, that person just happend to be a male that contacted me, a woman could do the same thing to a male? I like men , no need for me to bash them. Its the person who just does not read the profiles is what I am on about, could be a man a woman or a couple. and yep again from eastern states and thos harrasing flirts and emails Midnight?Ok ok ok all you had to do was say no, for the 150th time...seeeze get over yourself. ( tongue in my cheek now)

Quoting 'ChasingChilli' When a guy, lets say in Melbourne, contacts me to hook up, I'm like Mistress T and it goes something like thisMessage: Me & You, barefoot in my kitchen with vegemite coz we're living life Down Under?Reply: Is your cock 3438 km long?Seriously, why sweat the small stuff??? You can't control the other RHP users and they will continue to not read your profile til hell freezes over. EXPECT them NOT to read your profile and you won't have another emotional reactionChilli xx Priceless.

I used to get excited by a new message and the possible pleasures it could lead to.Now I get excited by new messages because the pleasures come from being able to flick back a wicked riposte.

I would swear I saw one that looked like the poor cat had shoved his head up a mackerel's ass? | Quoting 'ChasingChilli' ...barefoot in my kitchen with vegemite coz we're living life Down Under? | That stuff smell awwwwwwww-ful...it stains even the bottom of a beer keg and the taste could permeate so horrifically that all the pineapple juice in the world would not make you fit for consumption for weeks, maybe months or god forbid even a year or so. | The Cat in the Hat....he took the right option. Death with honour...rather than being knocked off the back of the fish truck from 3438km away and run over by a Vespa? I think the Cat deserves a medal. | Seriously....your really don't use that as a lubricant, do you?

I think this is being overthought a little. When a guy opens up a profile, the first thing he sees is the profile pic and two buttons that say "send a message" or "send a flirt".As a gender we tend to be a bit "bull at a gate" so in we dive and send those flirts and messages.............God forbid we scroll aaaaalllll the way down to the bottom of the page to read the profile notes............do you realise how long that takes...........we could have sent another 10 flirts or template messages in that time..............geezApparently one guy did read a profile once, liked what he read and sent a message to himself, only later realising that he had read his own profile. He has since been asked to leave the site for breaking, the "males don't read profiles" rule.In summary it is all RHP's fault, for the formatting of the page.Once again us guys are victims of circumstanceSteve :)

whlilst ignoring a profile segment that says "no messages form over east" is just pointless one thing most of you are overlooking is that with the cheap air fares we enjoy these days it is not at all unreasonable to take a weekend away every now and again. If the profiler is genuinely looking for NSA attached fun, and/or particular interests what difference would it make what state players reside in as long as they can visit???? we travel for arts, we travel for music, we travel for sport, we travel for sex! we might even travel for you Paul

if someone votes you "hot or not"unless they check a little, hard to notice box...a flirt gets sent to the profile they voted on.So multiple votes means multiple flirts. But in saying that..there are still those dim folks out there that see the pics...and the little brain takes over.JMOBJ

..i wonder how would we feel if there were 15 women hunting down every man? I dont think its any big deal at all, It's a simple case of hitting "auto resonse" and delete. I will take the odd moronic message any day , because mixed in with those is mail from a lot of sexy, intelligent, thoughtful guys:P. Ssssteve2011 is right- most guys just don't look at that detail like we would:)

See! TR has had to lie down....Imagine how us guys would react if we had to read profiles..........We would all have to leave the site and do something that was less taxing on the brain." They told me this was a sex site, now those nasty ladies are making me do' reedin an ritin', then they check and if it's no good, they won't let me play"................general thoughts from the male species. We aim to please............but normally we miss!!Steve:)
