a weekend off the computer

Do you think that you can go for the whole weekend and not go on the computer. Here is the challenge, No compute rGo and do something or go some place you have never been to before. Try to meet three new people. Go to somewhere you have been before but not been back for a while Eat and iccream cone. Kiss or hug a stranger Make something Pat a strangers dog( only ask them fist) Dance by youerself to one track of music. Do somthing with water, swim paddle, look at water or water the lawn by hand with a hose. Spend 20 dollars or less, on some silly thing on yourself. Ring up someone you have no talked to for ages. Ring up a person you have been having a problem with and say , sorry about that and I miss you so go this weekend and live outside your computor and come back and tell us what you did. Days outside are glorious, enjoy the weekend and the people that cross your path.

does my smart phone count as a 'computer'? I am known to regualrly take weekends away from the computer, I just choose not right now lol Kisses Focus

we are off from this friday.... moving into new house (finally finished)........no net, no phone, no nothn ..... was a bit confronting at first, but am now looking forward to a few days/weeks with no 'net..... see how we go...........

Living in a tree house, camp fire cooked food, bush toilets and shower. It was soo good to get away from electrickery. Touchwood I can get back there again. :)

this weekend I will be rock climbing in Victoria where there is no mobile reception, enjoying every minute of the phone being off and not a single electronic device to be seen.Cant wait :)

But I had my computer free weekend last weekend where I did some new things and revisited a few favourites as well. I think the replies will be interesting after the weekend though.

and dont have access (or very little ) to a computer... Makes you realise how bogged down you become when you,re at home or office... Jay

My exhibiton and talk where I meet three new people, yep it was a quiet one and my friends made up the numbers. got a nice hug and a kiss on the cheek and a coffee from a lovely chap of rhp and an offer of some paper for my art classes, nothing sexual. Patted a dog down on the beach so thats two things down. went to the art gallery saw some paintings I had not seen before artists from the MET in NYC, and they were over in Perth when I was in NYC so got to finallly see these works. no icecream yet but about to go get one Bought an art book...my addiction Some place new...nope never made that one. off to beach with dog..and get that icecream. did a bit of a dance in the gallery as nobody was around , believe me you do NOT want to see me dance!
