Firstly...thanks again to those who have registered for the meet n greet.. I just want to put it out there that I am surpried that only a couple of single ladies have shown interest....hmmmm.. I have actually had quite a few message exchanges with a few of the guys that are coming. And have been impressed with there fun and polite message...So ladies I think you are missing out on a lovely night to meet some great singleguys... HMMM....more for me and a couple of other girls? These guys are cute and polite!...So come on single girls please come along for drinks and laughs...You never know who you might make a new friend with. .Also guys I know who are coming that have not registered yet..And I know they are awesome men! Sad to hear that... This meet n greet might be cancelled anyways...I have received information that some childish souls threatening to attend to disrupt the event.... Now for whatever reason these lil people have ...Does not matter..If you don't like some of the people who are either hosting the event or attending..then why come along and attempt to spoil fun for people you don't even like.And all the other people who do not even know anyone attending. I have called the Windsor..As there are so many now that have shown interest..Not sure how many will exactly turn up though...I am guessing 1/3.... That is how it goes with these sites ...never mind.. They have a function room where we can pay $8 and includes tibbits to eat..Not drinks.. The function room aint bad, there's couches and tables and stuff in there so you can have a nice relaxing sit down although if i recall its open planned so you can still here the music from the bar.Is the date still the same?

I have spoken lengthy to staff at the Windsor to consider best plan for the night...As I cannot confirm the number of people I cannot safely reserve the function room. We all know that people register for events and then do a no show due to one reason or another. Meaning..if I reserved for 30 people only the first 30 people would be allowed in the function room..All others would not be..So if 35 showed up..those poor 5 souls could not join us and if they did would be asked to leave the hotel by staff. If I reseved for 70 people and 40 show up..then I am left with the problem of trying to ask others to pay a lil more to cover the cost..Or I will be forced to pay as the party is in my name. So for this time ....I hope there will be more. The Mends room at the Windsor will be the meet spot. Please ask staff where this room is if you hve not been there before. ALSO....As there are 2 other large functions happening for that night it is recomended that we might want to come a lil more early..once they are full to capacity...you will have to wait outside..So please come early! So from 7pm please.....I will be there from 6:30pm to welcome you all ...And will have hopefully red heart stickers ( will let you all know that soon) For all to wear so we can reconise each other. Wow, whoever is organising this has a task and a half to deal with!!! Hope it is a great success and lots of people turn up. Unfortunately too many people do put their hands up and dont show. I think sometimes it is cos they are hiding behind their profiles. They make out they are a slim 30 year old when in reality they are probably a not so slim 40 year old and stuff like that, and they don't want to get caught out. The internet definitely lends itself to that sort of behaviour!!

As I have written in an above post.... Windsor Hotel in South Perth ...from 7pm. All to meet in The Mends Bar...This Bar is the best available spot.There is an outdoor area nearby for smokers. No cost only your own food if you require and drinks. Time has changed to 7pm as there are other events going on there that night ..so to ensure they do not reach over limits of patrons..We are advised to be there a lil earlier. I will be there from 6:30pm to greet you all. I was thinking if everyone could wear one of those glowing the dark bracletts...Then we can fined each other... huggies sweetpetite41xxxxxxxxxxxx

the meet and greet was packed,not much chance of being heard amongst the din, waited for a couple that didn,t show, thats life.the young couple on left end of bar there around 8pm, would like to chat with you, we were the older couple next to you, i was wearing glasses,the male was around 5ft 10, female5ft 6,that gives my age away ha ha.anyway, iff anyone knows who they were, give us a nod o.k.thanks guys.p.s. maybe a quieter venue might be more appropriate, and make it easier to converse,perhaps a corner or a seperate room, i,m sure most people wouldn,t mind paying a cover charge for the convenience of knowing who youre talking to are actually from this site, cheers folks.pps, or even a member couple with a decent size suburban house might be the go,and no still means no.everyone could wear nametags then in comfort,in order to be recognised from the site, just an idea ,not carved in stone.
