  At the time, research indicated that, in the majority of cases, swinging was experimented with at the suggestion of the husband but it was maintained at the prompting of the wife. It seems that men were curious to try and then, having tried it, would be happy to cross it off their bucket list but the women, although often coerced into doing it initially, enjoyed it and wanted to go back for more. I expect that, in this day and age where women are no longer expected to be demure, each party in a relationship would be more open about their desires and input would be closer to 50/50.

  When I ended my long-term relationship, I was ready to explore and go wild. I Googled "Adult Dating Websites" and tadaah! :-D

  Being married for over 25 years we decided to venture into the world of adult fun and and MFM experience - while it was initially hubbys idea, it was wifey who decided who she would like the opportunity with - younger man :) and someone she would be mentally and physically attracted too.....were continually exploring the world having attended a couple of swinger clubs etc and believe our marriage is as strong or stronger then it was before because this journey has been about the two of us NOT one of us LOL....strap in and enjoy the ride :)

  We were both in the lifestyle before we became a couple so when we officially became a couple we talked about how we felt about swinging, what we wished to continue to be involved in and went from there.

  to look into it further. It had always been an interest of mine and when I was away with hours to kill I stumbled across the stories section here - I sent the link home and we both read them. When I got home we talked about them and looked at the site further. We decided to go out to a club one night to see what it felt like and went from there :) So wife led and driven but joined willingly by hubby Wren
