Which is more visually stimulating a cut/uncut penis or a cut/uncut vagina?

That's such a subjective question. Or rather, the preference will be highly subjective. What's your preference, Originalbadboy?

Labiaplasty supposedly helps to reduce the size or improve the shape of your labia! Is it in these modern times just for looks? Circumcision is an operation to remove the foreskin of the penis. While circumcision may bring some medical benefits, this operation is mostly performed on babies for family, religious or cultural reasons. In Australia today, fewer than 20 per cent of boys are circumcised. So is circumcision just for looks and if so how is labiaplasty any different? The questions is which is more appealing.

I, Leslie, find a circumcised penis to be better looking. Just my personal preference. Female circumcision (clitoral hood) happens in some 3rd world countries and is banned I seem to recall. I would not know about labia trimming etc as never seen it on a woman , and reckon it's pretty rare and so can't really comment what it looks like. - Posted from rhpmobile

Shlongs... appearence wise, cut. Vajayjays... appearence wise, outie. This is just my shallow opinion on appearence and in the end counts for nothing as the person whom the bits belong to is more important than what their bits look like. Just love a person who is happy in their own skin. Whilst I would support a person who wanted to slice and dice to change their appearence, I don't truly have an appreciation of the need.- Posted from rhpmobile

I had a mate who got a job at Picture Magazine photoshopping women's labia out of their photo shoots. Personally, and I don't assume to speak for anyone else here, I am discouraging of cosmetic surgery in general, and vehemently opposed to labioasty. Women face enough pressures to be this, do that, look like this, talk like that in our superficial society that glorifies plastic everything and in my opinion, self esteem comes from accepting yourself as you are, not as what you are not. Body image and self esteem are so closely linked that projecting unattainable ideals on 95% of the population is undermining the things we should be valuing, like soul. The appeal of women who have dived the paychological depths and challenges of accepting themselves as they are over society's expectations have a level of sexiness that no amount of cosmetic surgery can ever give you. There are projects such as The Great Wall of Vagina, and The Large Labia Project that have been mentioned in other threads that are out to address this issue, and, again, in my opinion, men should be embracing this sort of shift in perception for their women's benefit as much as their own benefit too. For any lovely soulful people here who have had cosmetic surgery, if you've got soul, the answer to the question is I'd still take you as you come.

I am glad to hear this thread is being debated even on the chats. My goal here is to draw a correlation between male and female modification and the fact that it should not have a stigma attached to it. Why is it ok for a guy to be preferred as cut/uncut and not women? That said I DO NOT AGREE WITH LABIAPLASTY. I personally believe that one should not feel pressure to conform to a perception.

I will openly admit to preferring a circumcised penis. Maybe that's just because I've known a few uncut guys who simply did not keep things as clean as they should and that has set me in my preference. However I'm not going to turn a guy away based on whether or not he is cut! As far as women, again personal preference is for an innie. Nice and tight and pretty. But that is a visual preference. Never known a woman that's had labiaplasty. When playing with women I can't say I have a preference either way. I am staying well clear of the female circumcision argument as I think that is s completely different topic and not what the op was talking about. - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'Meeka100' It's not really the same is, as men don't usually get the choice. Men are usually snipped at birth. Women due to so much porn, are having their snipped later in life. Unless my mine was flapping around, I'd not have it done. But if it troubled me I would. I don't care, cut or uncut. Nice shape, feels good, does the job well, clean etc. I'l take it

I know it's not my cock but if I had had a son he'd be cut. Have had very little experience with uncut cocks and (dare I say) loathe to think it's becoming more the rarity than regular these days. I also don't think I'd sound sincere saying sorry bout feeling that way. Foreskin just doesn't do it for me, even if the cock (and the weapon) using it is bloody wonderful! I think it's sad that more parents AREN'T getting thier boys the snip and the "effing wankers" who carry on mourning the loss of a bit of useless skin should be turkey slapped to death by a cut one. (Good grief!!). What's the world coming to?!?! Disclaimer: I can't see how a few minutes of pain, after being pushed through a hole too small and having your skull and hips manipulated by the passage compares; by having some useless ugly bit of flesh cut off an otherwise attractive and horny piece of gorgeous manhood!! And female circumcision isn't even close to being compared unless you want to talk about have the head of your penis cut off because that's what a woman's clit equates to, the head of a female penis!! There I finally said IT!!! Now labiaplasty is fair enough I guess.....so's penis extension but I don't recommend it, it can do alot of damage to the existing penis and it's functionality.- Posted from rhpmobile

Is chocolate and has a freckle right beside it!! Thanks for asking Meeka....xx And I'm having cosmetic surgery to "fix" an overhang left after childbirth, yes mature men think the scars of bringing forth new life is beautiful. Then there's the other 90% of men who find it unsightly and like the woman "let herself go" because physically it was impossible for my belly to return to it's pre-baby glory. -.- I'm doing it because I want to, because it will make ME feel more the woman that I believe myself to be....not for a man, not to be more attractive but for my pleasure. So I can wear a bikini (which I still do) without the hang hanging out under the ties. So my jeans don't have a bump in front or my fitted dresses for that matter and so I can look at myself in the mirror and know I'm not perfect but pretty damn close (even if I'm not in some people's eyes) who gives a shit? And EB not having anything inserted in my boobs but I'd like them lifted and firm again, even if I have to drop a size to do it. Yes men, I might be dropping from a D cup to a C cup!!! (Pokes tongue and blows a raspberry too) FFS there's nothing wrong with my over opinionated sense of self-worth!!! And I STILL prefer cut cocks!!!- Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'I_N_D_A_G_I_N_E'I know it's not my cock but if I had had a son he'd be cut. Why? All I'm hearing you say is that foreskin just doesn't do it for you. Being from a country where uncut has always been the norm as well as being a nurse, I really don't see the benefit of being circumcised. Some guys get snipped later in life due to their foreskin being too tight, but you wouldn't perform labiaplasty on a baby girl because she may experience problems with her labia later in life, would you? And no, being cut is not more hygienic.

LOL, I get the inflection. This was to stir the thoughts of why is what some one has or not have so important. I am not analyzing, making judgement or suggesting that surgery is "bad". I am just looking for peoples thoughts. Natural or fake, cut or uncut, shaved or not, bleached or not in the end does it really mater if you connect with the person? No I believe not. The point is not to have a go at someones decision as this is an open discussion. What a person decides to do is ultimately for them to decide. As I pointedly said at the start this will stir the pot so to say. Ps. Unbleached ;-}

One would think foreskins and labia are like most bits on a baby and "grown into". The OP's question was preference, I've stated mine nor did I mention anything on hygiene pro's or cons. Why would my man-child be circumcised had I had one? Because that's what I as a parent would prefer, husband would say same. It's what the families on both sides of the family know. It just is. And no I won't be taken out of context. Mine is just another honest opinion, that's why we have open discussion here. If the men of the families were uncut most likely the opinion would be different or more consideration into both options given.- Posted from rhpmobile

It does not bother me in the slightest if a man is cut or uncut. I did not circumsize my boys and the army did my eldest when he was 21. Happy birthday son. Lol I have never seen a need for it to be done Labiaplasty is something that I have never seen at all. But then, I don't tend to look at a woman's pink bits. The hygiene comment was not aimed at you, but I made it as it is often given as a reason, both for circumcision and women here saying why they prefer uncut. Saying circumcision is what your family know is a fair statement, and I understand it. No taking out of context.

Circumcision to me is really a minor thing, perhaps I'm too black and white in that thinking. I'd like to say I don't have a preference but I do. I have known some nice foreskins though..... 2 of 'em!!! One I dated for 2yrs as a teenager, the other is my little Italian....and I still adore both gentlemen. In error on my part the OP was asking preference based on VISUAL APPEAL, it's still cut; but then the pool of pre-cum that spills forth over one's hand from an uncut gentleman as you expose him is kinda arousing too (meh). All good Meeka, I'll still shout you a drink and help you dispose of a body. :)- Posted from rhpmobile

The army did it within certain groups due to the areas some of them operate, the hygiene is not able to be maintained and medical help may be detrimental to the operation. Mine was done for the above reason nearly 11 years ago under general not local as they seem to do for a select few today to some. In the NT there is a microbe that once it gets in to the area of the foreskin it actually becomes a skin eating microbe. I remember one bloke had to air lifted due to this. The onset is only a matter of hours due to the ideal environment that is created by the skin, sweat, temprature, lack of hygine products and the microbe itself. It lives in the soil and is very hard to kill of with antibiotics they now issue a type of beta-lactam antibiotic that helps prevent in association with avoiding the known areas of contamination.

I don't mind either way, as long as things are kept clean. Pussies come in various appearances, my understanding of female circumcision is clitoral removal... that being the case, I've not encounter it. I'm also not aware of woman I've been with having any cosmetic vaginal sergury... but there again I've not asked either. I like to see a pussy, so for me the important thing is trimmed or shave, if anything. On a bloke, I'm bi and have sucked cut and uncut cocks.. There are things I can do to uncut boys that I can't do to cut boys. However, the question was about appearance; that being the case, I do like to see the head of a penis.... many foreskins retract when the cock gets hard, making that a non-issue..... on the slack though, I think a cut cock looks better, but a foreskin provides some mystery. At the end of the day, it's not about it just looking good, it's what gets done to it and with it.. pussy or dick. As long as it's clean, I'm down there. Personally, my cock's curcumcised and I happy with that (stiff shit if I wasn't, it was done at 8 days old).

May late husband was circumcised and we had two boys and didn't cut them. I think a uncircumcised men is more moist and sensitive because the head is always protected by the foreskin. What looks better is a cut one when soft, but looks the same in my eyes when hard.Circumcised men cant know how different the sensation would be with a foreskin, so its hard to say as a man when cut what is better. When babies get cut I am still thinking its cruel and barbaric, mostly done out of religious reasons, we as parents pushing our beliefs on someone who had no way to say sorry I dont want this. With changing the female look of her labia to look nicer....the magazines show all the same picture, and women and young men think there is one beautiful set of this lovely piece of woman, and all others are not right.Com paired with the male who is so used to seeing his dangle bits from the day he is born, we as women hardly look at our bits on a daily basis. So no wonder we think it looks odd when we only look at magazines and at ours. When women would show each other this part of our anatomy as men do, we would not find a strangeness in it when the other woman looks different then I.I belief everything is beautiful to someone and ugly to another one.

countries who still do this are blinded by the wrong thinking. Women got circumscribed because men believe this stops a women from straying. LOl idiotsWomen stray because sex is in there mind not in her vagina first.....so this in my eyes stupid, stupid ritual is because men think with there dick, and cant comprehend we are not. Sorry men I know we dont have this cruel ritual here, but there are still to many little girls in the world who are cut and sawn shut down there and only feel hurt when having sex and giving birth to be closed up again later.

I agree that if you ladies feel strongly enough to take advantage of some modern marvels with science and medicine, then go for it. Though after seeing some bad communication with (questionable surgeons) has left some women regretting the choice of options that surgeons have allowed without including enough responsibility to care to complications ( Breast enlargement proportionally to large, which the weight causes back problems and implant leakage)example etc etc But you look like the perfect choice was made. Circumcision has gone out of fashion. When I first started nursing neonates, nearly all of them were cut, usually in the first week of life. The incidence of babies contracting meningitis, infected circs, and bleeding post surgery started to turn the medical fraternity off the practice. Surgeons told parents they would not recommend circumcision until the child was out of nappies. I guess by that time (around 2-3 yrs of age) most parents had either forgotten about it or gone off the idea. Not trying to hijack here but thought this might be relevant.

I think all women would shut the f**k up if they had up to 40,000 nerve endings removed from their snatch like young boys do who get cut thank fuck its slowly declining and parents are not abusing their young children as much as in previous years gone by.... You call it female mutilation? whats the diff with a young male child? your foreskin is their for a reason to protect evolution has not as yet made it redundant..... so girls go and have a smell of your own bits first thing in the morning....

Did your mate at picture magazine tell you why they photoshop the labia off their models?? I watched a video about censorship, as it was actually a thread that popped up here. The likes of people and the picture magazine photoshop labia off women, is NOT for cosmetic appeal, but to conform to their Classification rating from censors. While it has to be said that blemishes on the skin etc are also removed by mainstream women's magazines as well, which in my opinion should stop. Women with their flaws are no different to men with theirs, I don't really get why we need to advertise a false standard of beauty?? - Posted from rhpmobile

I have 3 sons, ranging from 9 to 25 in age. They are all circumcised. As is my Ex husband and all of his family. We discussed the decision at length before the first son was done and agreed that whatever decision we made would be consistent for all future sons. It became less socially acceptable and harder to find someone who would do the procedure as each subsequent son came along. We had nurses actively try to force their opinions on us. Scaremongering and guilt trips laid on. We never regretted the decision. Two family members had to go and have the procedure done after school age because of complications. Until recently ALL of my experience had been with circumsised men ......and I honestly thought that they were in the majority. I would also have said this was my preference. I now have a lover who isn't circumcised and I couldn't love his cock more. For me it's all about the man attached to the cock. If I like him there is every chance I'll love his cock 😊- Posted from rhpmobile

If a penis represents less than 0.02% of (say) a 100kg man...... and I guess that's being generous.... Why do guys in here put so much emphasis on theirs being "all that" ..... when the owner of it is the determining factor of whether he's going to get a chance to use it!..... Weird. Weirder that women speak and men still don't listen. DG - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'Unrushed1' I had a mate who got a job at Picture Magazine photoshopping women's labia out of their photo shoots. I think circumcision is barbaric when performed on newborn babies. If an adult wants to get it done, at least they are getting to choose. I think there is far too much hype about what our genitalia looks like. In fact too much BS about what we all look like. I'm with Unrushed, give me someone who has a generous spirit, a love of life, and a huge dose of authenticity. But maybe I'm just saying that cos I'm fugly LOL

I think they all have their own yumminess about them... cut cocks with big mushroom heads are hot to look at... uncut cocks with the magicians hood are gorgeous to look at too... Shaven pussy is great but I do have a preference for some grass on the playing field I love all pussy so no lips big lips and big clits and small clits I will eat and fuck them all.... I do love the look of a "lippy" vagina though....can pull and nibble gently on it :)

Considering the fact that i'm in my 20s (and uncut, btw) and most of the people commenting in here are quite a bit older than me i find it WOEFUL how uneducated some of these responses are.Preference over one or the other is opinion, and there's nothing wrong with that, but having have owned a penis for 26 years i can safely tell you that by the time i'm engaged in sex, it looks exactly the fucking same. But i digress, opinion is not what i have an issue with. It's the blatant disregard for any sort of fact behind a lot of these statements. Higher risk of STI infection? Nope. Higher risk of HIV? Nope. And here's a quote and source from the CDC:"Some laboratory studies have shown the foreskin is more susceptible to HIV infection than other penile tissue,3 although others have failed to show any difference in the ability of HIV to penetrate inner compared with outer foreskin surface."Also, you know why these studies are PARTICULARLY unreliable? They're performed in Africa. In case you havent noticed - highest rate of HIV and STI infections in the world. Australia has some of the lowest rates of HIV in the world and, funnily enough, one of the lowest rates of circumcision. Maybe that means uncircumcised penises are less likely to contract HIV? LOL... You see where I am going with this? Not only this, but here are some quotes all from the same website (which i will provide a source) from medical factions all over the world:British Medical Association comments: “There is significant disagreement about whether circumcision is overall a beneficial, neutral or harmful procedure. At present, the medical literature on the health, including sexual health, implications of circumcision is contradictory, and often subject to claims of bias in research. ... The BMA considers that the evidence concerning health benefit from non-therapeutic circumcision is insufficient for this alone to be a justification for doing it.”College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia states that doctors should “Advise parents that the current medical consensus is that routine infant male circumcision is not a recommended procedure; it is non-therapeutic and has no medical prophylactic basis; it is a cosmetic surgical procedure; current evidence indicates that previously-thought prophylactic public health benefits do not outweigh the potential risks.”Royal Australasian College of Physicians states: “After extensive review of the literature the RACP reaffirms that there is no medical indication for routine male circumcision. … Review of the literature in relation to risks and benefits shows there is no evidence of benefit outweighing harm for circumcision as a routine procedure.”"United States the American Academy of Pediatrics does not consider the health benefits of circumcision to be sufficient to recommend it; and in the Netherlands the Royal Dutch Medical Association has recently (May 2010) issued a powerful statement against the operation, stating that it as a prophylactic procedure it offers no benefits at all."Lastly, have any of you ever watched a circumcision? It's a brutal procedure and it's not unheard of to go wrong. I suggest you go watch some medical videos about circumcision. You all know it's original a religious practice and has been recommended against SINCE THE 1970'S?Also, again, having owned an uncircumcised penis my whole life and never having a STI or any infections, nor any smells (wtf? hygiene, people!) All of that is unsubstantiated and if a guy's cock smells bad it would have smelled bad regardless of foreskin or not./Rant.

Quoting 'Jason_Leslie' Both our boys were circumcised when only a day old. Both of them slept through the procedure as if had never happened. Jason is circumcised and we decided to do the boys after lots of research and discussion. Hygiene and health reasons were our first priority. 1) Unless the folds of skin are kept very clean then there can be infections and associated nasty smells. We have many friends who did not snip their boys only to have problems years down the line ( infections, skin being too tight etc) and to then have them circumcised with associated pain etc. 2) There are many international medical studies that have been done that show a correlation between STI's and uncircumcised penises. That one is more prone to get an infection and pass it on if one is uncircumcised. It's all about the sensitivity of the inside of the foreskin and protected glans. If one wore gloves all day every day ones hands would be very soft and probe to cuts and scratches would they not? 3) Even more alarming is the correlation between HIV / AIDS and circumcised / uncircumcised penises. It was found that men with circumcised penises had a lower HIV rate. Must be something to do with the skin on the exposed glans of a circumcised penis being a lot tougher and thicker. As a result of the studies, many countries that have a high HIV / AIDS rate now encourage male circumcision . 4) As parents we have to make a choice for our kids. There is a lot of medical evidence that circumcision is healthier: easier to clean and less prone to infection . 5) We have not seen any studies nor evidence that circumcision is medically harmful if done by a professional surgeon. There seem to be no problems on later life either. But we could be wrong . 6) It's an emotive topic and one that often ends up in a bit of an argument. Just as with discussions on smoking :) We are all different and have different opinions and preferences That's what makes life interesting. - Posted from rhpmobile Hi Jason_Leslie, there is a lot of conflicting ideas and data on this contentious issue. Everyone has the right (as at this stage it is not illegal to circumcise an infant male in this country) to circumcise their child, but I thought I would address your points to try and open up this topic a little, as much of it may or may not be based in fact as much as it is based in preconceived notions and cultural biases. 1) My opinion is nature mostly has this sorted. Here is a alternative view to your own from a Psychology Today .com article back in 2011: "In babies, the foreskin is completely fused to the head of the penis. You cannot and should not retract it to clean it, as this would cause the child pain, and is akin to trying to clean the inside of a baby girl's vagina. The infant foreskin is perfectly designed to protect the head of the penis and keep faeces out. All you have to do is wipe the outside of the penis like a finger. It is harder to keep circumcised baby's penis clean because you have to carefully clean around the wound, make sure no faeces got into the wound, and apply ointment. The foreskin separates and retracts on its own sometime between age 3 and puberty. Before it retracts on its own, you wipe the outside off like a finger. After it retracts on its own, it will get clean during the boy's shower or bath. Once a boy discovers this cool, new feature of his penis, he will often retract the foreskin himself during his bath or shower, and you can encourage him to rinse it off. But he should not use soap as this upsets the natural balance and is very irritating. There is nothing special that the parents need to do. Most little boys have absolutely no problem playing with their penises in the shower or anywhere else! It was harder to teach my boys to wash their hair than it was to care for their penises. Smegma is produced by the genitals of both women and men during the reproductive years. Smegma is made of sebum and skin cells and lubricates the foreskin and glans in men, and the clitoral hood and inner labia in women. It is rinsed off during normal bathing and does not cause cancer or any other health problems." You mentioned many of your friends have needed their sons circumcised at a later date due to troubles. How many is many? What sort of ratio does that form if you take into account all of your friends and all of their male children? If you were to study this phenomenon, the answer will be an indication of prevalence within a certain demographic group of people. If there was a significant prevalence, you would then go on to question why this is the case. What might be the reason behind this? Is it any one of your friends hygienic practices in raising a child with a foreskin? The answer might shed light onto how to look after a kid with a foreskin to avoid these issues. As Mesmerised has said, she comes from a culture where circumcision is not the norm. Perhaps our data collected from this country could be correlated with theirs, and people may learn a bit more about looking after children with foreskins. 2) If monogamy was practiced, any increased possibility of a man with a foreskin contracting an STI is addressed (whether this is fact or myth) , and bear no relation to having a foreskin or not. If monogamy was not practiced, but safe sex was, again, this would have no bearing on whether the man had a foreskin or not. 3) Risk of HIV/AIDS in uncircumcised males. Sure, this would be the most concerning aspect to any consideration, whether it be circumcising your own kids, or imploring the whole of the country to do it to protect everyone in it, but within the medical and scientific fields, studies are presented for peer review, and critiqued for their value. Its is common practice to jump to conclusions by reading the conclusion of studies, but you really have to analyse their methodology to understand if their conclusions were reflective of the data for that particular study. Do the results apply onto to a specific group of people in a specific situation, or can it be applied to the general public? Here, again from a lazy google search, is another alternate view to yours from Psychology Today. "Three studies in Africa several years ago that claimed that circumcision prevented AIDS and that circumcision was as effective as a 60% effective vaccine (Auvert 2005, 2006). These studies had many flaws, including that they were stopped before all the results came in. There have also been several studies that show that circumcision does not prevent HIV (Connolly 2008). There are many issues at play in the spread of STDs which make it very hard to generalize results from one population to another. In Africa, where the recent studies have been done, most HIV transmission is through male-female sex, but in the USA, it is mainly transmitted through blood exposure (like needle sharing) and male-male sex. Male circumcision does not protect women from acquiring HIV, nor does it protect men who have sex with men (Wawer 2009, Jameson 2009). What's worse, because of the publicity surrounding the African studies, men in Africa are now starting to believe that if they are circumcised, they do not need to wear condoms, which will increase the spread of HIV (Westercamp 2010). Even in the study with the most favorable effects of circumcision, the protective effect was only 60% - men would still have to wear condoms to protect themselves and their partners from HIV. In the USA, during the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s and 90s, about 85% of adult men were circumcised (much higher rates of circumcision than in Africa), and yet HIV still spread. It is important to understand, too, that the men in the African studies were adults and they volunteered for circumcision. Babies undergoing circumcision were not given the choice to decide for themselves." 4) The choice has been weighed up by & investigated by you, and fits your concerns and preferences. That is the prerogative of any parent, to do what they think is best by the child, and the best a child could hope for, a parent that is thinking things out, and doing what they think is best. It may not suit them later, but your efforts are sincere, and I respect that. 5) There are plenty of reports out there of botched jobs and inherent risks of surgery. 6) This is true. My thoughts are that the conclusions supporting circumcision fall short of providing the next question to answer, which is not to circumcise to not to circumcise. It should then be addressing the question of, within the chosen group of uncircumcised males who are prone to whatever seemingly associated risks, what sub categories are more prone than others. Do those with good hygienic practice have less associated risk factors? Do those who attempt to be too hygienic lower the body's own natural defences against seemingly associated risks? A good place to look for these answers, again, as Mesmerised said, is in countries where being uncircumcised is the norm, as I cant imagine that surgeons and health professionals in that country would practice contrary to scientifically proven standards, right? The conclusion in this Psychology Today article gives a bit of food for thought. I do have a Masters in Heath Science, and could easily go check out Medline for real scientific papers, but I just wanted to point out that Doctor Google has plenty of information to back up both sides of the argument, should you go looking for it. I didn't even have to type in much in the search. The search simply contained: AIDS uncircumcised. ___________________________________________________________ "There is a 12% chance that a woman will get breast cancer in her lifetime. Removal of the breast buds at birth would prevent this, and yet no one would advocate doing this to a baby. It is still considered somewhat shocking when an adult woman chooses to have a prophylactic mastectomy because she has the breast cancer gene, yet this was a personal choice done based upon a higher risk of cancer. The lifetime risk of acquiring HIV is less than 2% for men, and can be lowered to near 0% through condom-wearing (Hall 2008). How, then, can we advocate prophylactic circumcision for baby boys? Science and data do not support the practice of infant circumcision. Circumcision does not preclude the use of the condom. The adult male should have the right to make the decision for himself and not have his body permanently damaged as a baby". __________________________________ Main text- Psychology Today: More Circumcision Myths You May Believe: Hygeine & STI's. Quoting 'I_N_D_A_G_I_N_E' I think it's sad that more parents AREN'T getting thier boys the snip and the "effing wankers" who carry on mourning the loss of a bit of useless skin should be turkey slapped to death by a cut one. (Good grief!!). What's the world coming to?!?! Ah, that'd be me Does anybody remember the classic psychology experiment of Little Albert in the 1920's? They got a 9 month old baby, and when he was given a white rat to play with, he bonded with it beautifully. Next time they gave it to him, they snuck up behind him with a gong or something similar and gave it a good smash straight behind the child's head scaring the shit out of him. After a few repeats of being given the rat followed by the gong, he associated the white rat with being terrified, and upon seeing the rat, would freak out. But it wasn't just the rat. The fear crept into anything that was white and fluffy. Rabbits, a fluffy white jacket, a ball of cotton wool, even Santa Claus. Classical conditioning. I wonder what long term effect slicing the end off men's penises (and the foreskin IS part of the penis, not just a useless bit of skin) might have, in the deepest psychological sense, that the very organ given to us for pure pleasure & enjoyment has its first sensation of pain imprinted into the deep dark depths of our psyche. Maybe that's why men are afraid of you Indy?

Quoting 'sirlurkalot'Did your mate at picture magazine tell you why they photoshop the labia off their models?? I watched a video about censorship, as it was actually a thread that popped up here. The likes of people and the picture magazine photoshop labia off women, is NOT for cosmetic appeal, but to conform to their Classification rating from censors. While it has to be said that blemishes on the skin etc are also removed by mainstream women's magazines as well, which in my opinion should stop. Women with their flaws are no different to men with theirs, I don't really get why we need to advertise a false standard of beauty?? - Posted from rhpmobile Hey SL, I didn't know about the classification of such pics, but I think they are still trying to 'enhance' the visual appeal of the female bits by tidying them up. That idea might be put to the test by seeing if this practice is being used in XXX classification as well. But you are right, either way, it does create a false standard. Fashion works in circles. I wonder when the Rubenesque figure, or even women with hairy legs & armpits will come back?

In newborn babies a circumcision is done by inserting a plastic bell shaped piece of plastic between the penis head and the foreskin. A piece of surgical string is then tied around the foreskin. The foreskin literally drops off after a few days. The procedure is not painful and the baby does not show any signs of discomfort or distress. Perhaps you too are citing facts and techniques utilized in African countries when you say the procedure is barbaric in the way it's carried out?- Posted from rhpmobile

@Jason_Leslie- Sorry about the font size, I was trying to correct cut & paste inconsistencies. Also, your perspectives aren't unique to you, so sorry if it seemed like I singled you out. It was your comment about AIDS that made your post the choice to respond to. @ExciteableTwo- thanks for posting those statements from medical authorities. You didn't end up including the source of info, or you may have and it got edited out for including a link which is against forum rules. The site was "Circumcision Information Australia", and the tab is down the left hand side titled "Statements by Medical Authorities". That site seems amazingly comprehensive on all matters. Recommended reading. @4saparty- thanks for the compliment. I've got my eye of Horus on you. @Wildsong- thanks soul sister, and no need to ever use the F word!

Both the GOMCO and MOGEN clamp methods involve a scalpel. And for future reference, there is no standards for circumcision procedure. Yep. You heard that right - there is no minimum standard for circumcision procedure. And another (australian government website) saying it's done with either a scalpel or scissors:

Quoting 'SUPERFOXXY' Stir the pot? cut and uncut?? if its circumcision of the vagina you are talking about?? ...errr bad taste in my mouth of Female mutilation Practice...*hit a nerve* Awful Topic OP and not stirring the pot one bit...bad taste actually.. FOXY MsFoxxy 'took the words right outta my mouth', as Meatloaf might say. Question is in very poor taste IMO. The topic could have been more respectfully written as, 'Male circumcision compared to labioplasty'. Feel free to 'stir the pot', OP, in terms of asking questions that are edgy and controversial. I'd just ask you to try to do so in ways that we know what the topic is about (i.e. the confusion between labioplasty elective surgery or genital mutilation) and by using language appropriate to such delicate topics and correspondingly delicate parts of the body. While 'cut' has become an acceptable part of language for describing male circumcision (even though that's pretty horrific to think about in itself), it's not a word used to talk about female genitals, and for very good reason.

There's a reason you go through nearly ten years of training in medicine. They know better than you do.And if it's a cosmetic decision why not leave it to the person to decide? Just saying.

I'm cut and would not have it any other way ... My father got circumcised at 25 .. Said it was the most excruciating pain he had ever experienced !! I am happy to recommend circumsion to any parent with a male born child ... Long story but kids that don't clean the beanie risk not only infection from smegma build up but in same cases damaging the meatus ( the head of da wang) ... I have seen it and it will haunt me for the rest of my days !! Seriously !! And no it was not my cock thank god !! The kid was about 6 and this was in 1999 so he would be 19 now and has 1/2 a penis head left behind !! Not a good I would say !! Matt- Posted from rhpmobile

For me a pic of a naked guy's ass is so sexy rather than the full cock shot. Now I do love the cock shots but in regards to sexy I find that subtlety works. I love a pic of a guy with his button and zip undone a bit to reveal a hint of what might lie within. I love it when my guy sends me a pic of the front of his trousers, jeans or whatever as he is out and about. I love thinking about unzipping those pants and reaching in.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. I have a foreskin and have never been rejected because of it. Ok, I have been rejected for other reasons but not because of this. Personally, I have had people tell me of their preference, but I can't feel or taste any diference. Ladies, and correct me if I'm wrong, but a cock tastes just the same if its cut or not. It feels just the same going in at ither end. As for cutting up a perfectly good pussy, thats just wrong. I thaught only muslims did that, so she cant enjoy sex, like with another man. Thats just so selfish. Personaly, I think that if you pick or reject a sex partner because he has or dosnt have a foreskin, then you really are shallow. After all, His parents made that decision for him anyway. If a man judges a woman on the size of her breasts, or the colour of her hair, you call him names. Fair go.
