There is one at Libido in Northbridge (perthgloryhole.com is their site for coordinating meet ups) and I'm pretty sure ClubX in Northbridge has them too.

Been to Libido in Northbridge once, it was a Friday night I was going home, I was a bit drunk and casually went in, walked to the back just to have a look what was there, saw a cock sticking out the hole, couldn't resist, got in locked the door behind me and got on my knees until he came... now I can't stop thinking about doing it again :)
The place is really laid back and clean.
