Every car wrecker or boat shop can sell you low power windscreen wiper motor complete with arm, so I am told.

As walwal mentioned, a windscreen wiper motor does the trick, or for that matter any low RPM electric motor fitted with a cam arm.6mm acrylic sheeting for the cam etcI have made quite a few and have different designs, all for under $100.If you are handy it's really not that hardgood luck
