I was a virgin until I was 19 and I was pretty shy about sex until I was about 29. ...when I started choosing better lovers...thats when I became true to myself and my desires. And to answer that....my mid 30's. Why would anyone think they were a better lover before .. than they are now... unless of course.. for health reasons..... We can only increase our skills as we gain more experience... up until the point where our stuff just doesn't perform like it used to. There was a time ... around 30+ I guess where I started to become unhealthy. Paradoxically, at about that time, I gave up smoking. At the peak of unhealthyness I must have been a lazy shag.. overweight.. and squashed my lover flat.. so limited in positions that I could use effectively... and out of breathe pretty quick.. so not so hot in the stamina department then either...... Eventually I realised how being an unhealthy weight impacted on my sex life. Then I got determined to hit the gym hard and did so for a few years. I'm still a regular today. Anyone my age who sits on their bum all day needs to use a gym! I guess lots of guys let themselves go, especially if they were once a sportsmen... for sportsmen we still eat like we are training 28 hours a week and in reality doing none. Until I reached 30+ it was very easy to stay trim... want visible abs? It was no problem back then when I was under 30. If you can avoid putting the fat on fellas, you are going to thank yorself for putting in that effort... but if you let it go... you will suffer by being breathless and lazy in bed.
