I believe if you ask ex to take said picture down and never to use it publicly again and he doesn't you can involve the police not just the site admin! But first i'd ask him to take it down and not to use those images of you again with our your prior consent. As for your feelings towards the said ex, that's your business and not for me to say. s

Ask him to take them down. If he doesnt go to the moderator and ask them. If you've got a friendly solicitor, Im sure someone on RHP will be able to help a nasty letter will do the trick.....Thats a low act

Betrayal of trust is not pleasant however unless both he and the relevant site knows how you feel about the situation, its open season on former partner pics! Which, in my humble opinion is in extremely poor taste & an invasion of privacy! Go sik em Hottie!!

I copied and pasted RHP's photo guidelines which would have me reporting your ex to the site moderators if he is in fact using your pics, as I'm sure the other site would be required to operate under basically the same rules as RHP.If you are a single male or female, you are only permitted to post photos of yourself. Any accompanying person/s must be cropped out of the photo or made unidentifiable (eg - use of black bars to conceal face or anything else that may allow identification). Photos that contain a second or more identifiable person will be rejected.Morally, I disagree with what your ex is doing. It's not HIS pic to show. I dug up the link for an older post on the topic of guys profiles that included girls pics which might interest you. Grrr to people with no respect... good luck with that! i hope u do report this person, i am pretty open minded about alot of stuff, every1 is different, but 2 hav pics of other ppl on your profile, msn, private gallery... its a huge turn off!i understand it might b a gr8 pic but why not crop it or blank out the other person? and the invasion of privacy!! but it is part of the game, and a very big gamble when u take pics, share pics, etc!

Well you really are incredibly hot so I could hardly blame him for the way he is thinking.. he's thinking "look at me"... by offering the chance to look at you... that's the bit that sux. the bit that is wrong. He is living in a dream. the harsh reality is that teh guy half of a couple will always feel the jolt when he is thrust back into the big pool with all the other guys... absent of that competitive edge .. the magnetic appeal of a woman. You should ask him to talk your photo of his profile saying why he should do sp cc the request to RHP admin your body is your property he should not ue you image with out consentI think he will remove it very quicklyRob

Stalky is correct I think, by using you in the pics he is basically saying he can pull the "little hotties" in , (which Mr Saturn and I think you are!! which you know..) Hi Hottie - Everyone has a rite to privacy and if you are uncomfortable with these images being posted request the moderator take them down. Social networking sites are subject to the privacy laws in most countries and have a legal obligation to ensure your privacy rites are no violated.

Thats bad taste on his part... maybe he mucked up and didn't think to think... if you still get on well with him talk to him first, he might be suprised he hurt your feelings and take the pics down straight away... failing that, go to the moderators, they should sort him out.

If he is generally a decent friend who has simply been unmindfully inconsiderate (which lets face it IS a HUGE male gender flaw *ducks :P), then you could resolve it by talking about it with him . Otherwise, report his disrespectful arse, and post a forum article on the site warning other potential hotties about his violating tendancies :)

The missing element here is communication. He should have communicated to you that he wished to use a pic of you two inflagranté in his profile. You would then have had the chance to communicate that you didn't want him to.Well it's a bit late for that, but not too late to communicate to him that you are not ok with him using it. He then has a choice. He can either communicate that he is sorry and will immediately take it down, or tell you to get stuffed.That's when you start communicating with the cyber-overlords or bikey gangs or what ever. I suggest you give the gang "Born To Be Mild" a miss though.

Hey there LittleHottie (bighottie) Sorry to hear that's happened to you as that would Piss me off no end if it happened to me. I prefer to avoid that situation happening if i can. I dont take lots of photos but when I do i prefer not to show my identity in them if they are in the throws of passion or raunchyness. LOL. That way I wont worry if they do happen to get out as I am unidentifiable. Or I use my own camera to take the pics, that way if my face is in it, then I dont give those Photos out to anyone. You would like to think even when a relationship breaks up that there would still be some small element of respect to not hurt and embarass a person like that but unfortunately not everyone has an honest and caring disposition.
