I like to think I'm very lucky in having a partner who is extremely affectionate and loving. DK always takes the time to give me a hug or two, or three first thing in the morning before we get out of bed were he will just hold me for a minute or two before getting out of bed to start the day. Once we have gotten out of bed I then get kisses and hugs in the kitchen while breakfast/coffee is being organised. Considering we have a long distance relationship this obviously doesn't happen every morning, only when we are together so every hug and kiss is special to me. But we defiantly have a morning routine of affection after 2 year together. DK also calls me 'Cutie' most of the time rather than calling me by my given name and I find this extremely sweet also. Its the little things that count to me and the fact he often tell me he makes the effort to let me know I'm loved Taby.

Sadly I get a lick from the dog, meow or purrrrs from the cats and a hug from my son, pretty special just not as tantalising.......;)))

Yes intimacy is important to us... We kiss passionately every day... Doesn't always have to lead to sex... We make time to be together to chat...every Monday morning we have breakfast together in a cafe before work... We often hold hands, we laugh and we have fun... Importantly we resolve issues before they get out of hand.... We have been together for over 27 years and married for 20 years and we have never been more in love.. Oh and did I mention the sex... wow :)

I'd wake her with a cup of tea, sit on the edge of the bed and talk for a few mins, give her a kiss, a hug and 2 more kisses then off to work (usually in the other room). Has been a loooong time since I did that. Now it is wake up and go for a jog followed by a coffee and start work in my tiny dog-box. SG

When I was married, I would love to wake up, move in closer, slide my arm under her neck and just spoon her. Feeling her body against mine, her peaceful eyes, and her snoring..... Then she would wake, push against me with her arse, then say "get on your side of the bed!!!" That's when I knew it was time to leave.....lol Other times I'd leave her a note on the fridge to say "you being you, is all a man could ask for....I love you, and can't wait to see your smile when I return xxoo" Sometimes I'd get a message later to say "thanks for the note, but you could've written it on something else other than the kids permission slip you idiot!!" not a super affectionate person in public.I do however enjoy this at night.We are both at the extremes from each other in the body heat stakes.Sometimes our King size bed is just not big enough, i would have the window open and Mrs Luv would have her hot water bottle at her feet.I always sleep nude while Mrs Luv mostly sleeps with knickers and a nightie on.I am usually too hot to stay cuddled to her all night so I like to slip my hand in her knickers with my hand on her arse cheek. The band on her knickers sort of keeps my hand in place for a good portion of the night.Not really romantic but still very nice.Mr Luvsilver

Every morning he makes me a chai latte and brings it to me in bed. Sometimes I have to sneak into the bathroom and get back into bed before he gets back so he doesn't bust me.He texts me to let me know he got to work safe (the road is really bad for crashes and he knows I worry)At knock off time he lets me know when he is leaving and I tell him to 'come home honey'We fall asleep each night touching some part of our bodies

MrSplicey leaves for work before I get out of bed most mornings. He will sit beside me and explore my body with his hands, then lean in and hug and kiss me. He'll tell me he loves me and then off he goes :) MrsSplicey
