  You might have heard of it, its called RedHotPie? It allows you setup a profile, list what you're looking for and communicate with like minded people. It can be hard to get noticed sometimes but posting a thread on the forums can help with that. It even has a travel plans feature but I've never used it so I don't know much about it. Maybe you could try RedHotPie?

  Use rhp travel to put in your dates and see if there are other fellow rhprs going to be in bali as well as expats. When we were in bali we managed to find ourselves a delicious couple that had moved there from Perth. Was so much fun. Good luck

  How about striking up a conversation with a couple at the pool bar, getting to know them and make a connection... if you like them ask if they would like to continue back in the room (hint: buy some drinks from the local Circle-K and have them in the min--bar fridge). .... See where it leads....
