thing I have learnt, that I wish I had known years ago,is that you can enjoy sex just because it's sex.It doesn't have to be particularly ''meaningful'',in fact meaningless sex has enormous benefits. It is good for your physical and mental health. Its something that men have always known and that women are starting to experience.Have sex now with a hottie today, and don't worry about whether or not you will see them tomorrow.Just enjoy it.

I wish I learnt how to control my emotions way back...It's taken me many life experiences and a long time to get to where I am now. It's so empowering...Foxy

That mr cheeky n I should have opened up our marriage years n years ago! I have learnt that life is what you make it! If you plan on being miserable you will be - if you plan on being happy you will be!

wish i had known when younger, just how easily some 'loved ones' can lie. i'd have been much more critical and particular, about who i met, and who i gave my heart to. had i listened to my exes mother, best friend and second husband, i'd never have wasted 8 years, nor lost my savings, bike, boat, car or self esteem...

don't do it! I was only having this same conversation last Friday with a close friend......wish I had trust my intuition more when I was in my early twenties but instead, I listened to everyone around me.....   Another would be to stop trying to keep everyone around me happy all the time when it's to the detriment of my own happiness. We only live once right? XXX

I had trusted my own instincts alot more when I was younger, would have led to better decisions for sure but thats 20/20 hindsight for you!

It is perfectly fine if not everyone likes me, respects me or believes me. As long as I do.

most women crave intimacy more than sex,but they are learning to settle for the later.

I’m still learning this one…..I regret the decisions I didn’t make as the circumstance or decision was forced upon me by others because of my lack of action and always taking the easy way out. And that sometimes the biggest risks pay the most rewards but most of all listen to your heart your head always gets in the way J

I've learnt that it's Ok to be "real"   Being authentic only improves your life.   Emotional honesty is hard! But worth it.
