  I truly find myself completely happy ...I think happiness is an attitude and a decision .....of course you have bad days , such is life but life itself, every day ,makes me completely happy .....my default is always optimism ! - Posted from rhpmobile

  I'm really happy when I grab a handful of pegs and it turns out to be the exact amount I need to hang out my laundry.

  Tears of joy once. So it does happen. Happiness now always comes from greeting my dog when I get back from work. On the days I can't take him with me :)

  I really believe that happiness comes when we stop worrying about what others think of our choices, even by letting go of stale old friendships sometimes, to surge ahead and thrive as the people we want to be. I actually had a friend suggest i should go see a doctor because i was so full of energy and extremely happy, at my sexual peak, so far at least, fittest i've ever been in my life? And I should get tested??? What for exactly? I look forward to the moment my eyes open in the morning, i appreciate everything around me now, i breathe life in.   in the country preferably next to a lake surrounded by a mountain range in the distance - a lovely and intelligent man on my side - long nights and days spent in the bedroom
