For me someone lying about their age and more so, showing you a photo that is old (and not representative of how they look now) or so small and full of jpeg artifacts that you cant really see properly - is the biggestof time wasters...I have clear images and my correct age up and just want to get the same, playing games to try and see who you are talking to or finding out that they look really different and/or older when you meet, is a complete waste of time...just my 2 cents :-)xx

I consider my time to have been wasted if people organise to meet and cancel with no explanation, or continue to say they will and continue to find excuses/reasons why they won't. Meeting face to face is critical to knowing if you want to go further or not, yes we can all share photos and cam etc, but nothing beats the real thing as many, both men and women, are less than honest in their profiles. I personally won't meet without seeing a pic first, and wont' commit to anything further until I meet in person to see if its really there or not. We're on a sex personals website, not RSVP or some other dating website, so sometimes i find it a waste of time when people aren't on the same page as me also.. personally I'm pretty clear about what I'm looking for! That's just me anyway :)

I find reading 1 line msgs my biggest waste of time. Sure, I'm here to meet people, but I also enjoy just communicating with others. Picking brains. Sharing thoughts and interests...as well as sexual fantasies! But the people/couples who like to msg with a dull, and no effort required one liner...well thats 10 seconds of my life I'll never get back...

I think taking the time to get to know someone line gives you the opportunity to find common interests and evaluate if it is then worth the effort to meet in person. Though chatting for too long you can create a false impression of who you would like someone to be than who they really are! Cheers.

Because of my situation I need to take the time to get to know someone on line before meeting them. I consider this quite valuable and many do stop communicating before the meeting. That is fine with me. I understand that they dont want to wait around and spend thr time chatting on line for something that may or may not happen and they move on to a sure thing. My free time is limited as it is with many of us and I consider it a waste of time if a meeting is organised, I plan to travel, book accommodation and then they cancel at the last minute. I need to make these plans well in advance and often there is no oportunity to put a back up plan in place at all. Fortunately it rarely happens. Only twice in the year so not too bad and once was in my home town anyway.
