What happens on a cruise?

April 26 2011

This might be a bit of a strange question..... the ever beautiful SWMBO has told me that I am going on a two week Pacific Islands cruise sans the kids later in the year. Having never been on a cruise I'm not sure what to expect, and I'm not one for being confined or lazing around for long periods of time - tend to go stir crazy real quick. I guess I'll find out and deal with that in due course, but the other query playing on our minds is; has anyone with some prior experience ever found much opportunity for lifestyle play with others on-board?Cheers - Mr Loving_cpl.

We have just been talking about this subject as we are off on a cruise in August. I am sure my sexy wife would have no issues in picking up on board. I hopefull can then be the recipient of shared playtime. We have gone out on the town(Melb) and think that what happens in bars would happen on board the Love Boat. Bob

I imagine it to be like being couped up in a resort that you aren't allowed to leave but with a really small room. Occassionally you are herded off the ship and towards a waiting swarm of taxi drivers keen to lighten the burden in your wallet or offer you some camels in exchange for your daughter. Usually once you've checked out the sights and decided this is a place you'd like to spend some time in you are herded back onto the ship and back to the open sea. Over dinner you can then exchange pleasantries with others about how much you bargained down the price of a hand-carved trinket with 'made in China' stamped on it at the markets. . I could be totally wrong though, and don't know why I never got that job as a travel agent *shrug* . The good thing about that is even couples who never thought the swinging lifestyle was for them will want to do something to alleviate the mind-numbing boredom. Maybe throw up a topic with some more details about your cruise and you might find someone on here is going too :D . I hope it is heaps more fun than I imply though!!

Well, what you describe is exactly what I imagined a cruise might be like :( Looks like I'm going to go insane. For what it's worth, we will be on the Pacific Pearl from the 6th of Sept.

There are at least two groups of people on a cruise ship. One who are awake during the day... and one who are asleep during the day. I suggest that you decide which group you prefer early in the cruise.HugsStalky

Why are people so horny on cruise ships? is it from the love boat days, i did cruise on that very boat and it was a fuckfest, i think its having a cabin and bed only minutes away, nice memories ,i think thats why i like boat sex it takes me back. I was a night cruiser my roommate was disgusted in the way i partied, keeped complaining about the cabin smelling of sex then spays cat piss on himself. And here a tip; When you can, always fuck on your mates bed, cause been so small you cant escape the wet spot,

We just got back from a cruise to the pacific islands (12 days). It was brilliant, there are plenty of things to do on the boat while at sea (although no RHP type action). Everything is laid on for you - a most relaxing trip.

Snap! This subject just came up in conversation the other day. However, as a former victim of sea sickness it could be a little scary...but on the other hand if it meant spending lots of sexy time with fun like minded people then the thought of a cruise is rather exciting.....even if it meant taking a truckload of sea sick pills everyday hahahahahaha

Thanks all for your responses and insights. Sounds like I'll cope if I just go along with the flow and have no great or unrealistic expectations :) Hopefully we dont get sea-sick. But our experience with big boats is limited to Ferrys. But no problems there for either of us.Cheers!

There should be a notice board near the enquiries outing desk with paper and pencils to write your group name what its about where you want to meet and when Friends of Dorethy are for gay cruisers to meet ;-) you can surely think of something to write that other swingerts will read and get wheat you mean but innocent children passing by cant read and get good luck I enjoyed my cruise i had an awesome room a balocny and a bf on a separate holiday so you could say i wasted many opportunities but i loved every minute and was never stuck for finding pleanty to do

If you get 5 or 6 to a meet and greet it's probably an idea to just book a smallish tinny for starters.

Although I'm told that this one is for "younger" cruisers. Not that we are spring chickens.
