High heels,long nails with red polish, sexy underwear, soft smooth skin, stockings, perfume, having my hair done, painted toenails. That men take a second look, that i can make a man hard with a few well placed words, that my girlfriends will always be there for me and that we can discuss anything, that i can cry on a shoulder, have a bad day and be held by strong arms and it will all feel better. I love my curves, how strong my body is, what it can do, that it's grown and nurtured 4 gorgeous human beings - anyone who has experienced a birth can't fail to be amazed at what our bodies can do. I love that i'm soft enough to cry over my kids pain Tough enough to fight for those i love .........and that i can do two things at once!

Being a mother, Being a grandmotherHaving women friends who love and support me and who accept my love and support in returnhaving the strength of character to stand up for other women and for women's rights locally and globallycoming to an appreciation of my sexuality and sensuality and being fully in my sexual powerknowing what turns me on knowing the strength of my bodyknowing my power as a woman and knowing I use it wiselybeing able to work with women who are vulnerable and yes, wearing sexy lingerie and knowing my lover is turned on, lipstick and nail polish, girlish giggling, Happy International Women's Day to you all and may we never forget the past, and may we keep striding towards the future claiming and reclaiming the strength, beauty, compassion and humanity that lives within us all.

I was able to give birth while standing after a 3 hour unassisted labour with no doctor present.I love that I saw, in that moment, the nature of my own power like never before. That single event changed what I believed I was capable of forever. What all women are capable of! Truly hard core life affirming woman power!

an independent woman.I love that I have been able to live my life the way I wanted to.I love my sensuality.I love that I can grow old disgracefully with passion in my life.I love that my body is shaped and feels so different to a man's.I love that men enjoy my body.I love that I am able to have the freedoms to express myself,intellectually,creatively and spititually .I am glad that I am a woman.

Love being a woman who can be many things to many people. Strong and reliable for my children, soft and feminine for my partners, clever and insightful at work, funny and caring for my family. We are lucky that we can chose how others see us
