Or if you don't have an address send an SMS.Tell him that you know that he is circulating personal video footage because someone sent it to you and request politely that he stop doing so. If it happens again, and you are feeling brave, suggest that his boss may not like him disseminating that type of material especially if it was received during working hours (no matter who sent it). Or if he isn't working perhaps his mother/grandmother/sister would be upset if they received a private viewing. After all, these things do seem to find their way into the hands of the people we least want them to when they start sharing this kind of thing. I am in no way suggesting you use blackmail by the way, just suggesting that it is in his best interest also that this goes no further than it has. If the above does not appeal as a solution I would suggest you consult a solicitor on the grounds that the footage could damage you personally and professionally and get the lawyer to write the letter on your behalf hinting that you would sue for any damages.Hope it all works out.

(and, no... that's not based on the video - I'm one of the few who haven't seen it). Frankly, if it has made it to a third party it's likely to be everywhere... So sure... confront the guy who took it, but given his actions he's not going to care about what you think anyway. What are you going to do? Tell him to delete it? How do you delete it from everyone who has had it forwarded? What is it that you actually want to achieve? Royalties? Him to stop distributing it? Charges? Why don't you have a little think about that - and then you can thing about what you should do.

Quoting 'jensta'Thanx Mistress T Im seeking Legal Advice! We will now see what the day Brings I asked for some serious advice! dont need to be told im fucked I hate some men! Royalties? Charges? Seriously thinking about jumping the fence! My advice is serious. 1 - You're fucked - once a video or pic is circulated, no matter what you do from this point on it is out there forever. 2 - Before you seek legal advice, have a think about what you actually want the lawyer/police to do. 3 - I hope when you go to the lawyer/police and and they use the word 'charges' you don't jump down their throat. Perhaps google the meaning, and you'll see it has legal connotations. . Seriously thinking about using smaller words!

Should have also mentioned....If the footage was taken without your consent then you may be able to bring a case against him. The only problem there is that you have to deal with the police. Otherwise it may come down to a civil matter and they can be costly.Ignore Jean, I think he is in one of his silly moods. Usually he behaves better than this....Good luck.

Quoting 'MistressT' Ignore Jean, I think he is in one of his silly moods. Usually he behaves better than this.... I suspect that as JG says, you really are fucked. . Unless laws have changed in the last year or so (and really, in this digital age, I think devising laws to combat this problem would be a very wise move for the lawmakers), you basically have no recourse at all. . The best way to avoid legal problems over a sex tape is not to make one in the first place. If you do, you should attempt to control its distribution BEFORE the horse has bolted and maybe even obtain something in writing from any person who also holds the footage, clearly stating how the footage should be stored or distributed during and after any breakup. . It is my understanding that once the tape is made and ends up in the hands of a third party, the non-consenting adult participant has very little or no comeback through legal channels and it's ongoing distribution may be very difficult (read: impossible) to control. If (and I truly hope it doesn't) it makes it to the online arena, you're really reeeally fucked because it can spread exponentially and the costs and likelihood of removing it would not be very pretty. . All the best. This is the lowest of all low things that a person you once trusted could do . Flirty x

I think there are two things to be considered here: . Was the footage taken with your consent. If it was not you may have some possible action. . If he has threatned to send the footage to other unless you do something then its blackmail . If neither of these apply I fear you have little chance of stopping him. . Mike

The dudes right, he's just being honest, you can go pay a solicitor $250 an hour to finally call you back and tell you you're fucked or you can suck it up, hold your head up high and hope you looked good on camera. How many famous people do you know that have made sex tapes they don't want seen but have to give up and usually end up settling for a cut of the profits? ANS= All of them.If Paris Hilton can't afford to stop a sex tape being distributed legally what chance do you have of stopping some guy forwarding the footage at the pub?, and I'm not talking about the bloke who fucked you and filmed it because even if he deletes it it's too late, I'm talking about his mates and their mates who have forwarded it to 5 guys at work and the guys they've sent it too etc......the answer is NONE.Jensta, there is no such thing as bad publicity, and the only adverse effect having a bit of porn out there is going to have is if you want to become a nun, anything else is fair game, and in 5 years time you'll look back and think you looked fucking good. The only thing negative about Hiltons tape is she lay there like a sack of spuds, as long as you put your back into it you'll be fine, don't worry about being judged, anyone who has porn on their phone is not judging you, just wishing they could be the guy or girl in the middle of the sandwich.Good for you, and next time, wear a mask!.

Now that there, is an example of a good, honest answer! And, as nameinuse says, there is no such thing as bad publicity. The betrayal aspect would suck, as would the massive breach of trust. But he makes some great points there, you have to admit ...

Hey jensta....I realy do feel sorry for you......Your realy in bad place with this video....once their out there in cyberland they are there for good ! the only consulation is that, there is so much porn on the internet, no offence.....but I can't realy see yours, or if it was mine, going world wiide, or ending up on TMZ or something....your friends will get over it soon enough......It roughly costs 50 k to sue someone, and it usually ends up worse than before.......he is obviously a prick.....so my advice would be to get a couple of guys to show him why he shouldn't do things like that.....!!!...well that's how we sort it where I'm from !!!!! And as far as you swapping sides...I think same sex relationships, suffer the same problems that straight ones do.....don't let one wormy apple put you off them for good...... Good luck Love and peace Tam

Unfortunately, the damage is done...but if it's any consolation as mentioned above, there is "a lot" of porn out there and unless it was someone that know you and what you look like when you are doing the deed (I hope I look a little different than when I am at work) then at this point you are basically stuck with it. If it's found it's way back to you...it's probably found it's way around as far as the the six degrees can carry it. Quick one..but an email sent that got circulated by accident when the female sender hit "reply all" from her work computer had been read an estimated 1,000,000 times in about 48 hours. Fortunately she was an exec and her company had a sense of humour. | Legally, you do have some rights and could seek an injunction to prohibit the original owner from further distribution and seek remedial relief in the event of breech. The cost of the injunction is minimal (about the same as a restraining order) but the cost of remedial relief could be very different and in this case, even if you win a settlement, would the person have the funds or capacity to pay or be smart enough to utilize the law to his advantage as well. You could end up with a judgment in one hand and nothing in the other. It happens all the time. | Too, once or if breech occurs...you have to prove it and he has to succumb. Was it consensual...were you intoxicated at the time...have you ever had or let anyone take any similar pictures...is this sort of thing part of your lifestyle...did you encourage or imply consent....sounds a bit like questions a defense attorney might ask, huh? Regardless of how "right" you may be...what have you got to gain or loose? | Men settle things differently but you might not be too prone just to going over and belting the bejesus out of him. That works too...but then you could be up on an assault charge. | Good luck...it's a tough one.

If the footage was shot in Jensta house with out her knowledge then a criminal offence has occoured. This unfortunatly would require a police complaint to be lodged and a willingness to have criminal charges laid. (as in the Navy Footage) . I point out as well that threatening to take criminal action conditional upon some one doing or ceasing to do something is in its self a criminal act. Sad but true... . Jensta I think all you can do is simply to ask that he cease and delete the footage...surely past friendship means something. . LC

Going to the cops means that if they do go around the guys house and get a copy of you having sex that a whole police station is going to see footage of you getting nailed, the guy will likely have a back up tape and even if he doesn't his mates can always flick him back a copy when it blows over.I seriously wouldn't worry about it, you seem like a nice person and the fact you like fucking doesn't change that, so being on film just gives you something to remember, I hope you had fun doing it and that at least you have a copy.I understand why you're pissed off, but there's tonnes of sayings about changing the past and lamenting it, you know, crying over spilled milk and the like, they're right, you can't change the past, but in future you can be more careful, or at least dig your heels in and look great for your adoring public ;-)

Most states have mirror legislation so i think you will find it is the same in Victoria. If it was filmed at jensta house it is even more of an offence. You can not put a listening/recording device into a third parties home. . X . LC

I could deal with it easier if it was a Random from herenot that it makes it right but for someone I have being seeing for 3 yearsknows my family & my friends has been a huge part of my lifeThe trust that he has broken the emotion heart ache It was bad enough when I realised he was having cam sex from here thats why I rebelled & went to Melbourne Drinks without him Its called Pay Back! I dont have sexual footage of him but I do have pics of us& naked pics of him but as I am decent & respectful I will not show or circulate themWouldn't lower myself to that levelI dont have a problem with anything that we made for our eyes only just a problem when its done without consent & not being aware I was being filmed& then get in others hand! Not a Happy Camper! What goes around! Comes around! Its Now in the hands of the Universe! Need a New Man just putting it out there! Taking Applications must have recent pics apply to my profile jensta xxx
