I can't say that I've gotten much out of them in the past, except for one particularly monstrously sized thing that had 2 really strong bullets in it, one on the top for her, and one that sat underneath against your balls (either behind or in front).The one that had a vibe in the top really did nothing at all for me, though gave her a bit of a thrill.

are great fun and you can pick them up from spotlight for MUCh less than you pay for them from fetish shops (they're used by seamstresses to hold fabric whilst they sew).The vibrating ones do give a zing. Flat shoelace type cord, leather thonging or any bit of ribbon will do to tie up his balls.
