Versatile

April 17 2011

Perhaps one of the most Versatile words in the English language today is the word ‘Fuck’. Out of all the English words that begin with the letter F, ‘Fuck’ is the only word referred to as ‘The F word.’ It’s the one magical word that just by its sound can describe pain, pleasure, hate and love. ‘Fuck’ falls into many grammatical categories. As a transitive verb for instance, “John Fucked Shirley,”as an intransitive verb, “Shirley Fucks.”It’s meaning is not always sexual. It can be used as an adjective such as, “John’s doing all the Fucking work"As part of an adverb, “Shirley talks too Fucking much.” As an adverb enhancing an adjective, “Shirley is Fuckng beautiful.” As the object of an adverb, “Shirley is Fucking beautifully.” As a noun, “I don’t give a Fuck ” As part of a word, “Abso- Fucking-lutly” or “In-Fucking-credible.” And as almost every work in a sentence, “Fuck the Fucking Fuckers.”As you may realise, there are very few words with the versatility of ‘Fuck.’ As in these examples describing situations such as, Fraud: “I got Fucked at the used car lot.” Dismay: “Aww, Fuck it,” Trouble: “I guess I’m really Fucked now.” Aggression: “Don’t * Fuck with me .” Difficulty: “I don’t understand this Fuckng question.” Inquiry: “Who the Fuck was that.” Dissatisfaction: “I don’t like what the Fuck is going on here.” Incompetence: “He’s a Fuck off.” Dismissal: “Why don’t you go outside and play hide and go Fuck yourself.?” With all of these multipurpose applications, how can anyone be offended when you use this word

One of the first music files I received online, received as a .wav file... made me laugh a lot then, at 22, and it still elicits a giggle today. Especially "Fuck the fucking fuckers".

It is such a great word. You had a bad day at work then on the way to the shops on the way home you get a flat and you have to change the tyre and then you get to the shops and there are some of the religeous nuts that wont leave you alone and your like please go away but they keep coming back at you, a good old FUCK OFF and they scatter pretty quickly.

It's by George Carlin and if anyone wants to hear it live...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_PkJ_4oEjc Funny! As funny as it sounds coming from George, he was not the Author of the original piece, George just did it the Best ( RIP George Love Ya Work..!)It was written by a fellow comedian that goes by the name "McCutcheon"I should of included the original authors name in the first post ,But in my haste to share the sentiment, i forgot

Quoting 'Illbursecret' A UK study has revealed fucking swear words can increase a persons pain tolerance. Fucking hell hey... If you bump your head on the edge of the kitchen cupboard, as I did recently, the phrase "oh darn it!" really doesn't cover it! On the other hand, yelling out " OWW FUCK!!" seems to ameliorate the pain somewhat.
