  Hi Mrs Cheeky Many (and I'm talking quite a few) moon ago, when I was much younger, I uses to do triathlons and also a lot of cycling In fact I used to knock out between 400-600km a week on the bike I had a bad sporting accident that prevented me from riding a bike but after a couple of operations and a few year I think that's all about to change I am contemplating getting back in / on the saddle What would you like to know ? Hope I can be of ass-istance X
