We just noticed there's an option to follow topics here on the boards. My 1st thought was that it meant categories - in our case it would be Hotwifing, a sexy topic we'd love to alerted about new posts coming up.... but travelling down the rabbit hole it looks like each post is a topic... Correct? Or....? I have never followed a particular post but I guess it's like facebook's notifications. Usually I just check out the boards 'manually' by clicking in - besides following a post or friending someone so their posts go into your feed are there other ways to get forum content coming to you directly?

I think you have it right about the topic being a post, if I look at my topics in here I'm apparently following over 150, some I have liked, others I have commented on. I like the idea of being able to follow a topic for notifications about new posts though, like following hashtags on other social platforms

I'm definitely more interested in overall topics of conversation than individual threads...
