Well OK, they're probably not using the flouride to control our thoughts, but you should always take extra protection when meeting people from the internet.I don't quite share you concerns, but what does spook me a little is the potential to develop a 'stalker' that interferes with my daily life. I try not to give away too many details too lightly, though the temptation is always there to get a little bit more relaxed and comfortable, a little bit more revealing, a little bit more complacent...

Did your mate piss someone off? 'Cause that's a very calculated and nasty thing to do to someone you've only met once or twice before! I'm shocking. I know I should'nt but I give my information out too freely. I trust people too easily, it's gotten me into trouble in the past and no doubt will again in the future. But you can never be too careful, but don't let being careful change who you are, just be cautious as to who you meet I guess.

Summed it up perfectly, my mate was actually just like me, loved a bit of fun and I think when she demanded things go further and he said piss off then she went to the cops. Hence why I worry. Nothing more sinister than hooking up with a nutter

You have to trust people some time. And if something as awful as that happened to you I am sure your daughter & family would support you. After all it is a normal natural thing - sex that it. Most people would have the occasional ONS even if they didn't intend it to be that way.

although none the wiser regarding "facts", i'm in a state of constant confusion of reality vs fantasy, if i sound crazy it's probably true!! but i intend on making amends.......somehow XXXX

but talking to someone on the phone a few times before you meet, rather than just texting helps give you a sense of who the other person is.If you are just looking for something casual then make that clear.I see men's profiles all the time that say ''just looking for NSA but if something develops I am happy for that too'' ...IMO that gives out the wrong message because women may think that means them, and that they will be ''the one''....don't say just anything to get a woman into bed because some of us will believe you. There is an old adage''Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned''....I think that probably applied to your friends situation. There is absolutely no excuse for such awful behaviour but sometimes there are reasons.x R

Years ago. After a one night thing with a woman I should never have gone near. I had a call from the cops.Next I find my self in a small room being questioned for the murder of Sarah Spiers and Jane Rimmer. The Police were looking for someone who owned a white family sedan at the time. Amongst other things, the stupid bloody cops did not even check my vehicle ownership before they followed up the "anonymous" call. I had not owned a car at all over that time frame. Once they realized their mistake they told me not to tell anyone. Yeah right buddy!! It's a good thing Facebook was not around then..The lesson being, allowing members of the public to do anonymous dobbing is a crap idea.I don't know what that woman’s problem was? I was a crap shag that night anyway ~frowns~Has it dented my trust in random people? Nope, I just got it wrong that time. ~smiles~

Plus you must realise that they are to follow up on all reports be it false or otherwise. But shame on her for making the call, also they never really are anonymous calls these days they will state your name back to you through the conversation.

What a bastard of an experience. When I was a much younger man, I had a rule, never go there with drunk women! For the very reason of later alleged rape. These days I have no interest in ONS anyway, and would like to get to know them well beforehand.Cheers Felonious
