To be watched maybe little bit of dogging?Where are the best places?

Seems in Canberra its little slow or we just can't find the right people and groups.....we want to do some dogging and be watched and if we feel ok maybe let others have some fun.We have done this in Qld Brisbane and was fun so maybe some others in ACT can let us know of some great places where we can act on this.
