Three months until our trip to AUS

Hello, RHPers! It's hard for us to believe we have less than three months before we make our trip to Australia. We are very excited and are keeping ourselves busy making plans, both naughty and nice, for while we are there. We will be in Cairns, Sydney, and Melbourne while there. We have chosen RHP as our primary way to try to have the adult fun we seek. Any advice on that front that you all can provide is much appreciated. We would also welcome any advice on other things to do while we are there, especially things the locals appreciate and love but aren't inundated with tourists. Thanks in advance. We can't wait to make the trip!
