Thoughts on a new Swingers Club on the Gold Coast with a difference

I'm going to create something that's never been done before to my recollection on the Gold Coast. A Swingers club on the Goldie yes you have heard it all before! But wait its going to one with a difference it's one that's funded by its members & the Film and television industry yep the Film & Television industry depending on the interest I raise here. I'm in the process of a business plan accounting for my Profit and Loss, Rental or outright purchase of the building & all the legal BS that goes with it. The though is that the Club will have Fantasy dressed rooms with Props from the film & Television industry & other stuff that I can't discuss just yet (a venue that Cast and Producers can come to & unwind that's as far as I can go with this at the moment) It's also going to have the facilities that we are accustomed to, we'll be looking to have the venue open 7 days a week as we realize that not everyone has Friday & Saturday off & that their time can be taken up by other events. Events, How would you like to have a night were the guys are single and so are the girls. How would you like to have a Divorce party, Hen's Night, Bucks Party the list goes on & on. The fact that I will be able to purchase sets after productions is where it all gets interesting, My hope is that I will be able to change out rooms every 3 to 6 months thus giving the members & visitors something that they have never had before... Variety! I am also hoping depending on the interest & funding that the Fan Only society will be able to utilize the facility for their own productions in privately contained rooms that will be made available to them with scheduled appointments. I am currently putting a prospectus together with a non disclosure agreement so that my Ideas & connections don't go any further. All you'll need to know is that the internationals are interested & that's what were going to cater for. Happy to connect

Sounds interesting. A few questions. 1. Fees? Yearly Membership (same for all relations status or different?? Costs hiring rooms out? Photographer? Who supplies/ and costs? Will photographers be trainees through film school or professionals? 3. Being a single man yourself and seeking a partner in crime (as profile states), will single men be able to go at the same rate as single women? You know, fair and equitable and all that? How will you monitor? 4. What events will you hold? 5. OF - What will they be charged at?What percentage will you take from them? Do they choose their photographers or you? 6. Sponsorships? Have you any? Or waiting on RHP to sponsor you?? So many more questions. I'll wait and see what others post. Ms Foxy

I suppose the post is about gaining interest in different market groups. Important points I'd consider for gaining memberships. Have a advanced calender for six months of events. Offer discounts for renewal if members are active and also for referring new members. Have good security at the door and inside the venue consistently. Price set per person. Vary events not just for sexual interests but age groups also. Or mix them like young stud & cougar night. Female Mistress's and male subs. Wish you luck going forward and I'm sure if it's run well and affordable to all. Then you maybe have a great chance of success.
