Thoughts on a adult only resort.

Wanting opinions on a adults only resort I am thinking of starting. Would be fenced and very secluded with walking trails, pool,bbq area and a change room with toilets,showers etc. Would be for couples or groups up to maybe 10 people at a time, small fee payable but can offer exchange and would be a clothing free place you book and its available to you on the day from 6am to 6pm . Would there be much interest in this? any help would be great thanks ,sorry if this is in the wrong area.

Are you going to be promoting a swingers type of resort ? If so be very careful with regards taking money as this is seen as soliciting sex / prostitution, which is why sex on premises laws in Auatralia are as strict as they are, and why so many plans to start swingers clubs get shut down even before they get started. - Posted from rhpmobile

There are many nudist and naturist resorts, my parents have been going to them since I was a child (they're not swingers). I say Google some and look at the prices. You want to charge a small fee, but things like upkeep, pool cleaning, electricity, plumbing, insurance, taxes etc etc. would likely cost you much more than you think. Good luck x

I remember brainstorming this idea with you a couple of years ago. Meeka's House of Debauchery wasn't it? I still want my Hippy Commune area.

But we were going to have a high class mansion that offered the total debaucherous weekend with high brow activities balls, themed dinner parties, dungeons and lots and lots of group sex. No nature walking and getting dirty unless its starfishing in the middle of a group.
